Receive calls every other day. I do not answer and no message is left.

They called me on silent then when I said who is this they said they will call the laws

Keep getting phone calls from this number but they do not say a thing.  There is no response to any number of 'hello's'.  They call at least once a week, sometimes more than once per day.

Wife answered phone,Would not say what they were calling about. Said I had talked to them before, I had never heard of them and have no idea what it is reagarding.
