Repeated calls in the evening. Hangs up after 3 rings. I get the number from my auto message utility. I don't answer calls that don't have a name I recognize.  I just look it up here. Thanks.

I am getting up to 6 calls a day/night. They keep asking for a person, whose name escapes me. I have repeatedly told them to stop, but to no avail.

The call comes from Sloughhouse, CA.

the # above calls me non stop. they don't say anything just call and hang up several times a day. Im on the do not call list and still this happens.

Do Not respond to the call.  They are searching for active phone numbers only to further spam your number and send messages similar to "you have been selected for a $1000.00 gift certificate at best buy just go to...don't do it..just block the number and or clear it from your phone. they will place malware on your phone..

they are a bunch of dishonest cruel individuals.

This number (916-794-0067) keeps calling my house. Even when I answer, no one is on the other end.. SO ANNOYING!

I blocked the number, but they will also use 916-794-0067, 916-794-4822, or 831-216-4240 to call.  I'm filing a complaint with the "Do Not Call Registry" and suggest others do too.  They never pickup and hangup on you when you receive their call.  Calling them back, you only get a voicemail from a company called "Regional Marketing Group".

I tracked them, called them, called the number I tracked through them. Got a Stockton Telephone Co. They said they sell the numbers and don't have anything to do with it afterwards. Regional Media Group is a PR firm. They deny any connection, but they are connected. I don't get it, though. What's the point in calling? No come-on when you answer...no message when you don't. What do they get out of it?

They called and didn't leave a message.  When I called back the voicemail answered "Regional Media Group".  I left a message not to call me anymore!

They're still calling me only now they're using a new number.  It is (916) 365-9179.  They're trying to give me coupons.  Sure that's what you want.  Scam artists!  I know it's the Bee cause they had my old address from when the Bee tried to scam me into paying them for a subscription!  I'm getting sick of this!

I get this call everyday on my cell phone but do not answer.  They have never left a message.

I just got 2 more of these calls too.

This time I answered and asked for name and company
Man said name is "Josh" callling from some kind of "agency Fulfillment"

They are calling day and night, early Sunday morning. Guess what after being hung up on for the umpteenth time, we had our child pick it up and they were suddenly very talkative. I betcha this is a pedophile network. Somebody find an address post it and lets go teach them a lesson in person. I am very surprised this has not happened after decades of unspeakable harassment.

I just called the Sac bee directly and complained. Call customer service at 916-650-2847. They seemed very aware of the problem and put me on their Do Not Call list. I also filed with the FCC above. Regional Media Group calls me from multiple numbers nationwide (masked, I'm sure).

Insane.

I have the same problem.  The company is a marketing company for The Sacramento Bee.  I just wanted to put up another post Thanks To LMB.  LMB suggested to file a complaint here:

I just did it and if we all do they will most likely investigate them.  I have told these "marketers" to take my name off their list as I was on the "do not call list" but they continue to call me 30+ days later.  

If we all complain, something may get done.

Thank you so much for that link! If everyone on here uses it, they will be investigated.  It's a shame The Sac Bee uses such a horrible marketing company.  Newspapers are almost a thing of the past so that's why they are so desperate. Thanks again! You were very helpful!!

For those of you that have been getting called from telephone number 916-794-0067, I have tracked down the true culprit.  It is NOT the Sacramento Bee, it is Comcast Cable Communications, Inc.  I tracked the number to Sloughhouse Ca. Then I found the IP Address and traced it to Comcast Cable Communications, Inc.  I called them and was transferred to a supervisor in Mexico who said that they would take my number out of their system.  So if you want these calls to stop, call Comcast.

The person or company calls me all of the time, I have the number blocked but they still call everday sometime 2 or 3 times a day. I want it to stop.

These idiots keep calling me and 99 percent of the time there is no one on the line. They are Regional Media Group and they are calling on behalf of The Sacramento Bee. So call the idiots at The Bee at 321 1000 and tell them to leave you the hell alone.

They want to deliver coupons and want to confirm my address.  Do NOT give them your address.  It is a scam.

I use *67 to return this type of call, it blocks your number from they party you are calling. This number called today and it said "Sloughhouse CA" with 794-0067 listed below. No area code was listed but Sloughhouse CA is in area code 916. I got a recording that said I had reached "Turnkey Solutions" and to leave a message. When Turnkey Solutions is googled, many small business come up, mostly locally owned with little information.

I called the bee and they said that they are not at this number.

i have gotten calls from this number and other numbers that say the want to mail me "free coupons to save me hundreds of dollars".  They then ask me to verify my address.  Needless to say I dont verify and tell them to stop calling.  They still call!

I asked them to stop calling me and they hung up. Then they called me again tonight!

our numbers were sold by HP to a telemarketer

I have recieved a call from 916 794-0067 every night for the past week at the same time, about 7:30pm. the one time that I did answer, they said nothing. Thank you all for your posts as I am now less freaked out knowing it is a telemarketer. I have registered my number with the DoNot Call, but does not seem to stop this caller.  Any thoughts?

Like Nikki, who posted yesterday, I, too, get a call from this number on a daily basis, sometimes two or three times a day, and never leaves a message.

I've been getting calls from this number every day for quite sometime.  It must be an auto dialer because they hang up after a few rings.  I never answer but it is still annoying.  I am on the do not call list but that doesn't seem to mean a whole lot.  I filed a complaint...thanks for the info.
