Recvd text on pre-paid cell phone, deleted the message without clicking on the link and then phone turned off and restarted itself.  This mean I have a virus on my phone now?

Received txt about $50 starbucks gift card.  Went to my daughters branch (works at a Starbucks) showed her and asked about it.  They had no idea about it.  She said there was no promo that anyone was aware of. Beware! People will do anything in this depression to hurt you and take from you.......

I received the same "you won a $50 starbucks card" on my cell. I tried the link and my filtering software blocked it as potentially hazardous.

Got the same text message.  Won a $50 gift card with a link to collect from Starbucks.  I saw another comment from someone who went to the link.  They got a threat alert from their Virus protection software.  So forget the link and save your computer from getting hit by some bogus link.  Any way the $50 is not that important to collect because it will cost you much more if you get a virus or spyware on your computer.  Plus all the data you might lose.
