Call from 916 830 2295. Claims to be calling from the Law Offices of Alex Victor. This is a Sacramento, CA land line. When I called it, it was an emergency locksmith's office. There is no such attorney barred in the state of California. Claimed to be collecting on a $100 debt. Sounds fraudulent, as no attorney would take on a $100 collection case. Tried to get additional info out of me. Harassing and highly unprofessional. FRAUD!!!!
