It is not a victim, it can't be a new number if your getting calls for that other person on it.

If it isn't criminal to have that many abandoned calls then it ought to be.  It's institutionalized harassment, they set it up that way to punish.  
A lot of the people on this board that are being called don't even have any debt.  The person you are trying to harass got a new number to get away from you bottomfeeders or they moved and you associated their old address with the new resident's number or their name is similar and the company has you calling everyone with a similar name hoping to find the right one.
Pinnacle has one of the worst reputations among the junk debt buyers.  You should find a job peddling tail, at least that is honest work.

Maybe taht is becasue you might have opened something up in your son's name or someone else did which is fraud and you need to go to the police station and report it.

First off it is not foreign. The main office is here in the US in Minnasota. We don't call in hang up. What happens is you are on a active dialer system that automatically calls you. But, the system has some weird clitch that it calls but doesn't connect to our phone. Do you really think we call a number and do not say anything?? If we are collecting a bill how would that help? Come on people be real. They hang up because if the client requires it you have to tell them the last 4 of the SSN or else they can't explain the debt. Seriously you wanted someone to pay your vet bill. Yea stand up to the debt collector and make your credit worse, smart move.

It is not fraud, if this is not with you. Their are many people with the same name in the united states. They have to skip trace to find the person. Do you really think that people that owe debt call collection agencies and be like hey this is my new number....ah no!

first of its pinnacle financial group. I am currently employed with them. Yes, I can tell you some of the debt collectors I know should not talk the way they do. But, I can tell you the the people we call are just as bad. They call you bi****s, and how they are going to kill you, they say that this person is 7 years old! Well maybe some parents need to stop being dumb and opening up things in their childrens name because they have messed up their own credit. Sometimes it is legit that we have a wrong phone number. But, I can tell you as a debt collector most of the people are lieing. Half of the people say its not their fault why their in debt. Almost 99% of the people we call live off the government. They just tell us to bill them. You people need to realize we are people to. It is not our fault people leave their bills unpaid for 3, 4, 5 years...and on another note about when you pay a bill and it apprently goies bacnk into collections, you need to go back to the orignial client because they are the people responsible for that.

This phone number is for Pinnacle Financial group. They call me numerous times a week from VARIOUS numbers. They're calling to collect for a t-mobile account. Typically when a debt collection company calls you it is via auto dialer. It usually takes a couple of seconds from the time you say hello to the time a rep answers you (the computer is connecting you to a live person.) Which is why you are greeted by silence when you answer. This is usually a dead sign of a collection company. Sometimes the computer drops the call before you are connected. Either way it's irritating. Another dead sign of a collection company is ?I?m calling in regards to a personal business matter.? Debt collection companies do no have to abide by the do not call registry, as they are calling to collect on a balance owed and the registry is to protect people from soliciting or people trying to sell you something. Its stated clearly on the DO Not Call website under More information - Information for Consumers NOT CHARITIES, SURVEY'S POLITICAL CALLS OR DEBT COLLECTORS. BUT collection companies do have to abide by FDCPA Laws and if they have the wrong number and you explain that to them, they are not suppose to continue to call. The FDCPA is also the reason they do not leave messages, as it is against the law for them to do so. I will leave this message on every phone number they call me from.

THis number just appeared, no message.  I think it is Pinnacle, same as what is mentioned above.  They are calling about collections for At and t.  I know this is fraud, as I have contacted At and t and have no debt with them.  THey have several numbers, the last time I actually answered and told them to stop calling me as I knew it was fraudulent.  I have sent them a certified cease contact letter.

These people are harassing my 7 year old who just got a new cell number.  Real nasty when you call them to stop calling. They tried to get money out of me when I toiled them to stop!  I believe they said their AMS.

This is from Pinnacle Financial Group. They called and hung up when I answered. I called back and got a person who sounded foreign. The reason I called back was because one of my dogs were injured who is only 6 weeks old. I told them we will take care of my dog first and if they have any business then we will deal with it. The guy told me to keep my phone in a different spot. Hello I was trying to get them dinner in the kitchen. All I wanted was for them to at least say sorry. So I started on insist they pay for my puppy's vet bill the guy hung up on me when I wouldn't give him my last 4 of my social. His excuse for no one answering the phone was because the call center was at lunch, I told him that was no excuse and I also told him they need to send me something in writing he told me they already have. Stand up to the debt collectors or telemarketers and they get mad and hang up on you..

I keep getting calls from this #.   when I say hello no one speaks then the caller hangs up.    When I call the # back, someone answers so quickly and mumbles the name of the business.  I ask what business is this and I get total silence.

I keep getting the same thing. I say hello and no response. If I call back they talk crazy if they talk at all.

These people were calling from the Fl area now coming from Ca. I know its a debt collector that won't leave a message. Does anyone know if they are affiliated with HSBC Auto Financial??? They were an awful loan company!

They keep calling and don't leave a message!!  Is there some type of law or requirement that they must leave a message or some details?  This is harrassment and needs to come to a stop!!
