I also got a call from this number.  When I pressed 1 to find out more,  the caller disappeared.

got a call on behalf of "jessie".  The problem is its a service that has your number because you registered for something online.  Unfortunately it is legal I believe, although extremely annoying. I learned that it is very important to really watch what you put your information on the hard way and although I am on the Do not call list I still get calls because I didn't read the fine print. Very, very annoying but at least they left a message so I know what its all about. Actually I don't think its a scam its someone who has a Multi level marketing home based business and is trying to get people to join....I think anyway...doesn't make it less annoying though!

I have been called everyday at the same time for 3 days,  by this number. never have reciveced a message...

This phone number has called my cell twice in the last hour.  They do not leave a message so I have no idea what they want, but I doubt it's legit.  My cell number is on the National Do Not Call List.

I've reported them to through the site http://www.donotcall.gov - the national Do Not Call Registry.  I hope these companies get fined for this kind of ridiculous spam-bot calling technique.

It's some telemarketer keeps calling my phone from this number

Just added this number to my call blocking which thankfully came with my Panasonic phone on my land line.  I have downloaded a similar application for my cell phone and will add this number to it as well.  A web search for this number indicates it is a land line from the Sacramento, CA area.  If I lived closer to that lovely city, I would invest in the additional search for the name/address of its owner and toilet paper the person's yard or something...lol.  However, I suspect that this address is a "front" for some unscrupulous person(s) in the Caymans or Nigeria.

I think the worst investment one can have is voice mail; the world business/personal functioned just fine before it became available!  It allows someone with some electronic savvy to investigate one's life and telephone hard drive.  I do not have voice mail on my cell or home phone and do not have an answering machine and will never have either again!!  I never answer a call from a name and/or number I do not recognize, and the unknown caller will not have an opportunity to snoop into my personal life or leave an annoying voice mail.

I keep getting calls from this number and I don't answer it.  I never answer numbers I don't know but at least I know its a scam.. kinda pisses me off how some companies/people get your number and it makes me wonder..
