Recorded message:  urgent you call about lowering intrest rate on your credit card - then I hung up

This is a scam call; they're trying to get your credit card #.  If you press 0 to speak to someone, and tell them to take you off their list, they hang up before you can complete your sentence.  These people are the worst kind of humans.

They call me once a week and do not respond to my request to place me on their do not call list.  Usually, when I mention filing FTC complaint they hang up.

Today, I told the young lady that was on the other end that they were too ignorant to follow the FTC rules, upon which she told me that I was ignorant . . . sticks & stones . . . etc!!

Next time they call me I will have my loud duck call ready . . . quack this, lady!!

Same as the others, I pressed 9 and they asked if I was calling for lower rates.  When I said, you called me and have at no point identified what company you are from, they hung up.

Looked weird so I did not pick up.
No message was left on the answering machine.

Clearly a fake phone number, so obviously illegal and probably a scam. These calls are SO annoying.  What good is the national do-not-call list???

Cname all came in at 3:47pm, I did not answer, and no message left on machine.  I never answer such strange numbers and never will.

917-000-6439  Caller I.D. showed a call from this number on 11/23 at 5:11 p.m.  No message left - but I'm sure it's some sort of scam waiting to happen.  What about the Do Not Call registry that I'm on?!!!

Even if I was home, I would not have answered after seeing the unusual number.

Called and I picked up the phone and could hear background talking but nothing said to me.  Next time called, I didn't pick up and nothing left on the answering machine.
