It's just a long line of numbers that someone is spoofing to try and get your credit card info. This number here is 12 of 15 numbers I have now all saying they can lower your credit card rate. The do-not-call list will not help even though now every call I get I report to them. I have waited to actually talk to a real person and tell them I'm not interested and they will do nothing but cuss at you and hang the phone up. Block their number and they call from a different number. Bottom feeders is putting it nicely!

I agree with you they are being spoofed.  I feel sorry for the people that actually own the different numbers that they use.  I have tried to get info but I guess I'm answering the questions the wrong way and they hangup on me.

The company is using a service that hides their number.  Don't be surprised if one of these days you start getting calls from a bunch of disgruntled people, because this company used your number to call people. It's juat like your email getting hacked and unsolicited emails being sent out from your account. This company needs shut down.

I got the exact same thing twice in 30 minutes.  I listened to the prompts the first time, and I pressed #3 to have my information removed.  Withing 12 minutes of that, I got another call from the same thing.  I listened to the prompts again, and selected #1 to speak to a live operator.  Got to hear some crappy jazz music (and I love jazz) and then voice "thanks for calling" and line was disconnected.  Wow

Another "Rachel from card services" Lower interest scam call. I didn't have time to mess with them today. I have no doubt they will call back. Caller ID actually said "LOWER INTEREST"  with this number.

They call everyday and we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I guess that doesn't mean anything! Very

I repeatedly get calls from this number, as well as others near it (9513, for example). All are "Card Services" offering to lower my credit card payments. When questioned, they hang up. I am on the Do Not Call list, and have filed numerous complaints with the FTC. Nothing has been done. The numbers have a carrier number of "0", so they are not assigned to any carrier. My guess is they are being spoofed, but that's just a guess.

It shows up on my caller ID as "Lower Interest"  and leaves a message about "time is running out" (they have been calling for months, so this is obviously not true).  My next step is reporting to do not call registry

The DNC is a joke they do NOTHING just don't answer them its all you can do. I know it sux but if you keep answering these type of calls the will keep calling others. So if know body ever answers them they will never make any money and will go away some day Penney-less.

I have been on the Do not Call list since it was invented. I have never done biz with this "company" and have asked them to stop calling. I now filed a complaint at the link above. The more of us who do it the better.

I have asked this company to stop calling me.  I am on the do not call list.  They claim to lower the rate on my credit card, but when I ask them to tell me which credit card I have, they hang up.  They claim to be "Card Services" but US Bank says no way.

This is another one of those low life bottom feeding lower your rate credit card scams. If you accadently answer the call have a good wistle on hand and blow it hard.
