Wont stop calling a number I gave them for employment . I do not work there anymore but now they are harassing this business. I do not owe them anything. Ignore these people. They are scammers. I received the same type of calls with some indian guy threatening me asking to speak to my lawyer. He said if I don't have one then I need to get one because they are going to take me to court. He was extremely rude. I didn't hear from him for a while and now he is calling me at work. How do I get them to not call me at work I don't want to lose my job over something that is a fraud company.

I  received, 2 thru 4, phone  calls ,  from  the  same  man, with  an-accent. First, he  called  saying,  this  is  a  legal  matter,  contact  my, attorney, because,  I'm  about  to  be  arrested.  I  must  not  ignore, these  calls. My  financial  debt,  is  in  serious  trouble.    When  calls,  sometimes,  his  name,  is  Mark Williams,@ 916-538-9113,  other  times,  Jack Wilson,@ 917-231-1530.

had this person michael brown call my job saying her is fron a law firm .
need to stop this person from calling people on there job.

I got a call from the same # from a guy name: Adam White. Talking to me about defaulting on a loan from Cash Advance America and that I am being sued for $500 plus any fees. He went on reading the court documents and he had ALL OF MY CORRECT INFO DOWN TO A T. He knew my bank account # and routing #, he knew my ss#, he knew my address, he also mentioned that the $500 was deposited into my checking account. Funny thing is; the account # he read off is my savings account. I told him that this was all impossible. When I told him that I dont have a checking account he asked me, "ARE YOU SURE?" I told him I was gunna contact my bank in regards to this and he told me to call him back after I spoke to my bank. When I called back I asked to speak to Adam White, the person on the phone claimed to be his superviser. I told him what my bank told me and he started to treat me like s***. I HUNG UP.

I am also receiving these phone calls from this number and wish they would stop. Watever loans i have i talked to the people. I had the Problem with someone else calling my job and it was a fraud company.

I received a call from a man by the name of Jack Wilson with a heavy accent at work at  12:30 pm on Thursday evening 9/13/2012 the message was left by my co-worker, concerning my social security number. Called my home telephone number twice on the same day but at different times. When, Jack calls me again, I will inform him that his company is a fraud and i have report you to the credit and fraud bureau. This is the third time that I have been scanned by three different so-called companies.

Received a call from a Bob Anderson who claims that I'm going to be sued in 2 days.Got the same call last week As far as I know 2 days has passed and I haven"t been sued yet.

i just got the same call from a jack wilson on my google voice #. said he was from the us financial crimes enforcement network with a heavy indian accent. said if i didnt call back then i wish you good luck as the situation unfolds before me. Right!!! total scaaaaaam!! ive checked the # in 5-6 different places and people are all sayin the same about this #. if you get this call dont worry like i did. its not real.

Hahahaha this guys funny says his name is Rodger Johnson and he is clearly Indian last time I checked Indians don't have American names..... first call I owed money for furniture from American funding next call was I owe a payday loan and he no longer was from American. Funding now it was universal social financial lmfao! I will report to FBI cyber crimes and so should everyone else. I also started getting charges to my bank account for 99.49 I am sure its connected.

this man name adam smith calls and say i owe cash advance america $400 for a loan i defaulted on i never took out a loan ever online but they have my info from a credit application i filled out online these people are crazy and the indian speaking man is claim to be a law officer

This is EXACTLY the same story of what happened to Me, only this time his name was Roger something, he was very difficult  to understand. He used the same company  name Cash Advance. I told him to google this number and that he could read up on how many people  are on to him. I also advised that if he called my Number again, it would he who needed an attorney as I will press legal charges against him for harassment, fraud and anything I could get HIM for. Scariest thing is how he was able to get my social security, and bank information. Wish we could find out who this person is and him prosecuted!!!

I have recieved many calls from this number and another number related to this.  The gentleman provided me with all my information, which is very scary but he said that since I want to dispute this he is going to report this to my job and send me paper work and a supbonea and to be ready with an attorney.  I told him to send it.  He told me I took a a loan with Cash Advance and never repayed it.  Never, had a loan through them he would not even tell me the amount.

How do i get them to stop calling me, I feel like this is harrasament and I am scared what they will do with my Birthday, Social and Checking information.  What shoud I do.

this person called me a few times and said i took out a payday loan and never paid it. I told them to mail me paper work and i would take care of it because i never got a payday loan. He said they would I have not heard from them in a few months till today and i told him again i didnt get a payday loan and never recieved papers from them. Then  the guy started to sexually harase me by using the f word and asking me questions about my body parts. Will he was doing this i had a friend on the phone with me to hear what was being said. They have all my info like address SS# and bank account.

This is a complete scam. What Indian Guys do you know who work for an American law firm. If anyone pays them money they are too dumb I will be filing a complain today with the better business bureau as well as calling the FBI ad providing them with this #. They opened up the right can of worms today.

THIS GUY TOLD ME I OWN HIM 350$! AND THAT I WILL PAY HIM! THEN CONTINUED ON TELLING ME HOW MY VOICE IS PRETTY AND ASKED IF I WAS SINCE, I SAID YES?  HE SAID YOU SOUND TO PRETTY TO BE SINGLE, WILL YOU BE MY PARTNER? THEN SAID HE WOULD PAY ME 100$ TO BE HIS PARTNER. So my brother in law gets on the phone and they have words and he says to my brother in law she will go to jail! Watch and see she will go to jail, SO SHOULD I PRESS CHARGES?? WELL TRY TOO, BECAUSE HE READ ME MY SSN MY NAME MY ADDRESS AND MY EMAIL!

These people got my work phone and has been calling me 4 or 5 times aday.  I know that this is against the law and I wish someone will stop this foolishness.

Same here starting receiving phone calls from a man named Michael Brown Heavy India like accent, from phone # 1-917-231-1530, Said he worked for the U.S. Financial Crime Information Network and that there was a lawsuit complaint for fraud against me with a leading financial company. He has my SSN#, Work phone #, Cell #, all of it and he is insulting my co workers and myself, threating me that i will get a warrent if i dont send him this money i susposivily owe. Big Scam going on here. Same man called to another company that just happen to call my place of buisness and the lady said the mans name of Roger Johnson,doing the same thing from this same # 1-917-231-1530, someone needs to stop these people.

The situation originally started with a call from Texas. I answered it, heard out his story and immediately knew it wasn't legit. I told him that if he had more to say he could call back and leave a voicemail but i refused to continue speaking to him on the phone. The next time he called it was from this NY number. He said his name was Jack Wilson from the "New York Law Offices"? he claimed to be working with the FBI and gave the Cash Advance spiel. after googling the number and finding several identical complaints, i called back asking for Marshall and Associates. He gave me some other generic white name and told me he worked for Marshall. I then asked if i could speak to Jack Wilson, Michael Brown, Allen Marshall, or Jack Jones. He then mumbled something incomprehensive and told me to never call them again. I called two more times and was directed to his voicemail after one ring. It was quite entertaining to hear what is obviously an Indian man attempt to put on a strong southern accent.

he has now been reported to the FBI and Better Business Bureau. I encourage others to take the same steps and try and protect themselves from fraud and identity theft

Got a call to day for the same thing. I do not have a loan so im going to call back and give them a earful. So glad I found this website.

Received a call from this number stating that I am going to be sued by many different companies for defaulting on a pay day loan that I do not have.

Receievd a call  from this number  said his name  was Zac Johnson  he also had an Indian accent  . Said to return call I did  and  left a message  that  I would  report them  the company name  was Marshall and Associates  What they are doing is illegal  and I told them so

I got a call from an Indian accent with an American name but I don't know why they are calling me.  I did recently call a bunch of numbers for online pay day loans.-- Not wise, I know and what I got in return are a fury of Indian accent calls saying they can get me the loan.

Total scam, I recieved this after filling out an online application for credit.

I am currently looking up the next course of action to take on THEM.
