SPAM ! Total Spam. They tell you you've won a Target voucher (or some other nonsense) and try to get personal info from you. PLEASE do not fall for this.... They also text you and tell you to call 866-938-9161. So stupid..... I think they steal numbers from Career Builder and spam every number they can get...
