I got a call from this number less than 12 hours after my car was struck while it was parked outside my house.  A woman on the line asked me if anyone had been injured.  When I said that there wasn't anyone in the car when it was hit she immediately hung up on me.  I tried to call back and got no answer.

Ambulance-chasing lawyers.  Trying to get more info on them -- they called less than 24 hours after my accident, which is both an ethics violation and a crime in certain places.  If they call you, or leave repeated messages, get their law firm info and report them to their local bar, if you can.
