I also reported an email from Rose Stevens regarding the job offer from r.stevens@service-push.net. The phone number she gave me is 1-917-310-1634.  When I emailed her that the only way I would consider the job is opening an account seperate from my personal checking account.  I have not heard from her. Is there any way you can stop this scammer

I actually was contacted by email by someone with the name of Rose Stevens offering me a "golden" opportunity of employment. The scammer found my email and resume on Beyond.com. (I have just called them asking for an email to forward copies to Beyond.com but it's Sunday, so I'll try again on Monday.)

Here are the email's below. The first is initial contact, the second is my reply and the third is their reply again. I'm thinking maybe you did the same thing I had at one point, were looking for a job and had your resume up on a few different sites. From there applied to something, and that's how your SSN was obtained, or how your personal information was obtained. But here's the emails and lots of "contact" info a the very bottom for "Rose Stevens". Enjoy!

I am interested in your companies position. I would need training for your specific system to process transactions correctly, as I have little knowledge of your company and its systems. I am available from 9am until noon and 5pm until 12 Midnight Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, but Thursday from 9am until Noon then from 10pm until Midnight. Friday I am open availability. This availability is due to the fact that I am a student at (Insert my College here) and I am happy to announce that I recently was accpeted into the Nursing Program.

I have ready access to the internet, either through my phone's 3G connection or by my computer. I have multiple Emails, though this is the one checked the most often. Would you wish for me to set up a different email for the purposes of customer service? I am willing to do that as well.

I have 3 years of customer service experience. I know that without treating a customer right, they will take their business elsewhere, and 10 of their friends, too. Prompt, correct, polite service keeps customers coming back.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at (I gave them my phone number thinking okay, maybe it's real...), or email me here at clcheney(rest of email)

Thank you for your time,

(my name)

I got a call on my cell phone too, and I live in CANADA! (I didn't answer the call).  I am on a 'Do not call list' that my husband put me on, and because of that I get a 'crank call' once a month or so.  Don't go on any 'Do not call lists, because you are likely to get in more trouble!" ....I'm glad I didn't answer the call....

Someone by the name of Alex @ Harrison Law Firm left a message on my work phone stating the government was investigating my social security number for fraud and that I needed to call back immediately or they were going to send the police to arrest me at work.  I find this amusing because I work for the government and I could step outside my office, ask an officer to cuff me and take me in....it would be the best vacation I ever had! lmao!

I got a call from this same number saying that it was David Johnson calling from Harrison Law firm and my SSN was being investigated for fraud and that I need to call them back or they would be sending the police to arrest me at home or at work. I knew it was a scam because this same guy called me before from a California number before threatening to sending me to jail he even went as far as impersonating a FBI agent. I did call the number back I just wanted to see what they would say this time and he said his name was David Johnson and his whole spiel after he was done talking I asked if I could get some paperwork sent to me via email or to my address since he had all that information on me and he said he would email it to me and I needed to call him back. I checked my email even my spam mail and nothing. I new it was a scam as well because when they called me before it was from cash net usa this time it's pay day usa that is suing me. These people use to call all the time then when I told them that my attorney would like to speak with them they started harrasing me by calling me and leaving me messages and swearing and even calling my job when I was off and telling my boss, who they thought was me, that they are going to f**k me up and that I'm going to get what's coming to me. I didn't know any of that until my boss told me weeks later. Just when I thought all the calls were done because I didn't get any calls for about a month or two I get this call. I can report it to the BBB or the police but they just end up stopping for a little while and calling again from a different number.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number. I knew as soon as I heard the voice that this was a SCAM, because a law firm will not call your home several times a day asking for money that you've never borrowed.

I am a Professor, and I want everyone to know that these individuals are trying to scare you into giving them your money for nothing.

You should notify your Attorney General's Office for your state, and inform the office that you are receiving calls several times a day from foreign speaking individuals, who are working probably in a house, trying to get money out of you.

Please do not allow these people to take your hard earned money.

God Bless America

I too starting recieving calls from this number! I told them i paid all my debts and wanted to know what company was supposedly suing me! It took the foreigner a minute to respond and then he said ez loans. I informed him that I had never heard of this company and he said loan was taken out in dec of 2010! Whan asked what county this suit was I never did get a response! If a company is suing you they would leave it in the hands of the courts, not begin harrassing phone calls

I received a call from the Harrison Law office. Apparently, these scam artist have been leaving messages on my personal cell phone and work number. Somehow, these idoit have been leaving messages on several people work numbers at our company and a complaint has been filed through the FBI, Albany, New York police department, and thier Attorney General Office. It was brought to my attention that legal proceeding are set in emotion to take place against all people involved in these crimes. I know that they might be reading this message and want them to know once you have been convicted of a federal crime you are subject to be deported back to your nature homeland or face time in prison. I hope your ignorance and stupidness is worth spending time behind bars.

This is a total scam!!!! A bunch of Middle Eastern people threatning me with a law suit for a loan I never recieved or even applied for. I also believe that they some how took money out of my bank account putting me in overdraft. After researching this phone number I realized that this is thier scam. There were many complaints about these people, others with the exact same problem as me. It is supposedly Harrison Law Firm, whatever that is, anyways it is one big scam and these people should be investigated thoroughly and punished for harrassing phone calls.

Thank You,

I also looked up the Harrison Law Firm and they have a posting on their page in bold red letters that they do not do any debt collection work and if you have been contacted by someone claiming to be from their office trying to collect money that it is a SCAM and that you should contact your state Attorney General's Office and the NY Attorney General's Office and law enforcement authorities.  Hope this helps someone and maybe detour these dumb a***s to stop trying to rip people off.

I called the police and was told to make a report the the Attorney Generals Office.  They get over a 100 calls a day with reports about stuff like this so maybe they are looking into it. I am going to see the fraud department today and make a report with them also.  Maybe since there are so many of us with the same problem from the same people they will find a way to locate these a** holes.....

Started calling my wifes phone today. When I called back, they said the same as all of you. That my ss# was under investigation by the government and that I borrowed money last year from some pay advance company. Knew where i bank and alot of other info about me. I know i dont owe what they say but im worried about all the info they have about me. I asked him if he was in America and he told me that he was in my town. lol. I told him that we have laws that protect us in this country and that if he could mail me verification, we would figure it out. He got p***ed!!!!! He even told me that he was my daddy and that he could do whatever he wanted to me!!! He called me a bulls**t HAHAHAHAHA!!!! If he is gonna cuss in English, he needs to learn better use of the words!
Anyways, it really does worry me that they have so much of my info. Someone on here said that they even called the FBI on these people. So, I guess they dont plan on doing anything?
