Garbage.

Just got an unsolicited SMS:

"Congratulations, to claim your $100 Walmart gift card, please call 1866-706-9064. reply STOP to unsubscribe"

The number from which the SMS originates is 1 (917) 332-9832.

Spam+scam.  I've reported to FCC and FTC, please do so as well, I hope there's strength in numbers.  I've received nine unsolicited, and not-free texts in four days, promising credit cards or cash advances, directing me to different phone numbers and websites (strangely, some call me Timothy, whom I'm not).  I looked up one website and it leads to a cash advance "payday loan" site.  Below is domain name info, I hope they get caught and stopped!  (I'm duplicating this post at the various numbers that texted me.)

i just got the same message. #8056-RFS Authorization code. Not going to reply. I think Its a scam

I reply STOP  and nothing happens. I sent this message about 30 time and still nothing. Im think its just a scam, so I would just ignore it.
