Scam call saying I won a target gift card.

I hate those txts also.  I would love to know how they got my # also.
Here is some help for you out there.
I went to my account with my servicer and I blocked "inbound/outbound" txts from the phone/text/computer calls for those numbers and save the results. So hopefully, I will never be bothered again.

number emails my cell phone. i do not test or email on it. don't know who it is or what it is about.

Rec'd text that states "My name - confirm address to receive your $200 target gift card by calling 877-48-7015. Offer expires soon. Reply quit to Stop msgs."

rec'd text that said "congratulations eric - receive your $200 target GC by calling 8774487015"

Also received same text (as airkristion) on 10/14/10 that says:

My NAME, Your shipping address required for $200 Wal-Mart Vouchers. Call 877.891-8984 now. Reply STOP to opt out/DNC

I noticed, however, that the toll-free number provided to me is different than the on that airkristi received back in September.

Any suggestions on how this can be stopped?

I dont want to reply because that will prove my number exists to them right? Ugh so annoying.

Received a text message stating "Thnx 4 visiting our site: Call 1-877-706-6424 to claim Your $20 Wal-Mart Card plus $50 Gas Card, Gift Code: RRV200. Reply STOP to DNC" on August 21, 2010. Smells of spam to me.

I get charge for every text, I didn't open it but it says  "Thx 4 visiting our s"
I never give my cell number out. And I'm on the do not call list.

Faud text about pay day advance! How are they getting my cell?
