This is how communications companies can run up your bill. I had this issue with verizon. After using my minutes I got an increase in these calls but it is common practice with all carriers.

I keep getting calls from these numbers but I haven't applied for a job in years.   I don't think that's the reason

I tried to find this number online and I found out that some people have the same as I.  They called from (917) 3985569 and (917) 3985568 and (314) 627 5524/3.

Just started getting this number. I"m on the no call list too.

I am getting numbers from both of the numbers mentioned too...I just wish they would stop.

Career Institute  To stop call number back and when they pick up dial "22" and you will be prompted to give your phone number to be removed from their list. It works!

We are receiving calls from an autodialer at 917-398-5569.
They say they are responding to an inquiry, but we do not have any employees by the names that they are looking for at our company.

These idiots keep calling us. We did NOT ever solicit or have any business with them. My wife and I both have higher education and are not interested in any online courses, nor have we questioned about them.  My wife did fill out some forms about coupons and I suspect that is where they are coming from although she checked NO on all those type questions!  She did NOT give out our phone number either! They call from two numbers 917-398-5568 and 805-309-5505

Guy said he was calling for "Chip" - told him he had the wrong number. He apologized and said he would not call back.

I was getting called from this number frequently. But if you call the number back, it will automatically go to a automated teller.  You just have to go with Option #2 and have your number removed from their calling list.

In the prerecorded message, it even says they're an online university.

exactly!!!!!!!!!!!! besides this particular #'s I also have a few other that call everyday about insurance and they had gotten my info from the online job application sites and they are incredibly persistant.

still getting calls from this number, have told then numerous times that I am not interested but they still continue to call. I am registered on the do not call lists, but seems when I registerd my resume at career builder or monster there is a small hard to notice check box that must be checked to keep from receiving their calls. They are very annoying

YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR SOMETHING FROM A BUSINESS FOR THEIR PRODUCT THAT BUSINESS HAS A CONTRACT WITH A LOAN COMPANY THAT THEY HIRED TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AND YOU PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THAT'S HOW BUSINESSES MAKE EXTRA MONEY
