4 phone calls from this number. Really pisses me off that this crap marketing goes on.

STOP CALLING ME, OMG!

Did some research, and possibly this is the number for the Claims Assistance Group, a private company that provides services helping people file social security claims. The company I worked for went under, and my unemployment payments recently ran out, so I'm guessing that they thought I'd be searching for, and happy to find, a way to get "free money." Nope, still looking for a job. They are reportedly a legitimate company that connects people seeking SS benefits with legal advocates (ie:SSI, which I wouldn't legally qualify for.) But, since I didn't contact them, and they don't seem to really want to talk to me, it makes me doubt their legitimacy.

I started getting calls from this number this morning and after reading these comments I am adding it to my call blocker service. It costs about $7.99, which is a one time time forever.........I got sick of all these scams and looked up call blocker in the apps and it works great!! You can get the free version but I decided to go with alot more protection by paying.

This can also be a robocall . It dials a list of numbers to find a fax dial tone and then sends a fax.

You can call the National Hone Resistery @1-888-382-1222, and follow the directions.

I missed a call from (917)398-9151 while I was out. I texted asking who called me, didn't receive a response and called back, but was rejected.

On the days this phone # calls me it calls several times a day. It beeps when I answer it. I have not stayed on the line long enough to discover anything else. When I return the call it rings busy.

It's a scam!! Down load an App and hang up on these A-HOLES!! The World we live in has become a joke. We should have our Politicians put all these people to death by hanging!!!

This number has called me 2 times today. I haven't been able to answer but when i call back it says "The call you are attempting to place is not aloud from this line" Tried calling from a different #, and it's a busy dial tone every time. I bought this line 2 weeks ago and have been received debt collector calls ever since. Probably a debt collector.

I have received 2 calls from 917-398-9151 today ... I picked up the 2nd call no one responds only a click.

if anyone knows who this is please say...they have called and woke up my 4 month old at least 5 times this week.  did just apply for health insurance and read a previous post mentioning insurance...so we get punished for attempting to get health insurance?

This is Peerless Network they are hired by your cell phone company to waste your minutes so they can charge you more. They just try to make themselves look like a telemarketer company.

They keep calling me too.  Please stop calling my number or I'll start calling your number and have the charges reversed back on to you!

Has called my cell phone number now over 8 times.  Have gotten the number blocked now?  Sure would like to know how they got the number?

Got a call from them yesterday afternoon, didn't pick up because I was driving. Gonna block them, no time for nonsense.

number keeps calling me - they never let a message.  When I call it back it just says "nobody is available to take your call.  goodbye."

Got a call from them-I didn't answer and my phone showed I had a voice mail.  When I listened to the message, the only thing on there was an automated voice that was apparently halfway through the message already by the time the call went to my voicemail.  The part of the message I heard was 'calling from the claims assistance group' and then it hung up.

I have an app. on my phone - Mr. Number - where you have all sorts of choices for unwanted calls.  You can have them sent straight to voicemail, hang up, reject with a message, and many other choices based on a specific phone number or even all numbers in certain area codes-it's awesome!

What is your remedy?

Annoy called three times 9pm

Idk exactly who it is but I'll answer nd nobody wool say anything them they'll hang up but recently I answered nd yelled hello nd a automated girls voice said "hello my name's  Debbie blah blah blah claim insurance.. Ect.." So I loudly said "stop calling me" there was a really long pause.. then a click, and I could hear a bunch of commotion and laughter in the background almost as if a party was going on... But then a human males voice came on nd said "K, done" followed by a long exhale nd then a dial tone.. Not gonna lie it kind of freaked me out.. Anyways.. I haven't got a call since. :)
