I called to be removed from the list. They say it is the WCA but it isn't some legal thing,  this is a promotional line. If you answer when they call, your # is automatically put into the drawing for some daily cash prize...whatever. I don't recall ever signing up for this, so I took my number off the list.

By pressing any number on their site you are telling them they have a live phone number.  They are a total scam.  The best thing to do is to ignore and not pick up at all.  NEVER press a number to get off their pretend lists.  If they paid attention to the lists, they would pay attention to the Do Not Call list, which they do not.  Total SCAM ARTISTS.

caller ID said LGL Rgts WCA, I never answer a call from someone I dont know. No message was left.
I then went to this forum which I love and found I am not the only one getting calls from them. I am so glad I didnt answer.

I called the number back from a different number.

I won some travel dollars to go to Mexico.

That's nice, but I'll take my chances going, and walking the streets of L.A. in rival Gang colors than go to Mexico. I think I'll live longer.

I believe it is some company.

Oh yeah....I just got one of these, too.  Nice.  Say Merry Christmas with a complain to the FTC.

I just received a call on my cell phone and only my children, their wives and work have this number.  They said to press "3" to be placed on the no call list so I did.  I hope that works!!!!!  I don't know who they are or what they want and I'm not interested!  States the call is from New York.

Got a call from 917-398-9740 but did not leave a message, I'm glad that I checked this web site before I tried to call them back.

Complaining to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx  for violating the DNC list.

I update the Do Not Call Registry often but it does no good...About the 5th time they have called.. If I don't know you I don't answer

This is not the first time I have received this call. I'm sure it's from a prank website from 1 of my friends .if possible I would like to know the real # that initially is behind this #. In hopes its just my Friends & not some kinda security issue I don't want to find out later that my bank account is whipped out clean.

LGL RGTHS WCA was on the caller ID. GV calls both my cell and my landline.

# just called my Google Voice number.  I sent it to vm and listened in.  No message.  Screw 'em, they're going in my junk folder.

Called my cell phone and I didn't recognize it and didn't answer.  Got another one the other day, but from a different phone number located in Massachusetts.  Idiots.

Got this call, too. I did not answer and ended the call before a msg could be left.

Random call, didn't answer, glad I searched. My number is on the do not call list, though, so I'm not sure how they even got my number...

Received a call from this number and did not answer it thank goodness after reading all the posts on here. I normally don't answer numbers I don't know. They did not leave a message so I started searching for number and found this website!! Awesome website, glad I did the search!

Unknow call to my cell.........Leaves no mesage and can not be traced!

Called wondering if anyone I knew was in a car accident and asked if I wanted to talk to someone to receive compensation.

Me too...call came in on my cell about 40 mins ago.  My phone said there was a msg but it was blank.

Call returned the call because they left no message. They said by calling that I was automatically signed up to a subscribtion. To remove I have to press 5.  More ad talk contined they wanted me to press 1 or 2.  My worry is..  1 and 2 are used to agreement with payment for something. I have no idea of who or what there intentions are.. by  giving a 1 or 2 confirmation. It's Xmas time and ones whole account can be wiped clean. Been there.... no thank you.  I didn't press 1 or 2. Just hung up the phone.. Will avoid answering until I find who to report this scam to.
