Talk to them nicely, then when you receive a name, tell them you now have a name to put on your lawsuit,because they violated the do not call list law. This has worked for us many times.

This cell phone number from NY called again. I looked at my Caller I.D. and didn't pick up. There was no message. My number is listed with the Do Not Call Registry but despite that fact I get calls like these 7 days a week all day long. My suggestion is to contact the FCC online and file a complaint.

We are a small business and in the past few weeks have been absolutely BOMBARDED with calls from merchant account processors - not just this one. It is maddening to rush to get the phone only to have it be a telemarketer for a service we do not want. So I'm taking names and numbers and doing what I can to get them to back the hell off.

This number called a few minutes ago, and my husband and I answered different extensions at same time ? dead air; I said ?Please don?t call this number again, thank you.? And a voice said, "Oh, okay." THIRD TIME TODAY (DIFFERENT NUMBERS) WE'VE HAD CALLS WITH DEAD AIR - and it's pissing me off.

This number is calling a personal cell phone! I've picked up twice (number is very close to my daughter's school) and they hang up. When I phone back to see who they are and what they want, I got a voicemail identifying themselves as "Park Central Company" with a mailbox that is not accepting messages.

called my cell number at 10:30am PST 11/15/13 - no message - I don't pick up calls from numbers I don't recognize.  As the phone was ringing, I was searching the phone number and came up with this site.  Thank you to those that have taken the time to post your experience.  I just save these numbers in my contact list with the name "SCAMMER".  Then if they call again, there's no question I will not pick up.  Sadly my conact list now has six different listings for scammer numbers.

They called and wanted to send a Sales Rep to my office to see me.  I asked them, "a sales rep for what?"  They wouldn't tell me so I said to them, If someone shows up I'll call the police and have them escorted off my property.  I am so sick and tired of TELEMARKETERS!

Crescent Processing - Credit card processing company calls about 2 -3 times per week. There is no understnding of take me of your list. They just call a few days later.

Yea, they just called my job and asked to speak to the owners. The caller id showed the phone number and 'Crescent'

Called me this morning. 5th time calling. Always calling looking for me to sign up for a credit card reader.

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm.  If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.

Contact the attorney general of your state and complain. continue to complain until he does something. Do the same to your legislators. The Credit Bureau SELLS your info to these scumbags with the blessing of the government officials who get huge donations.

The problem is these scam artists own our government and until the government is more scared of us then they are beholden of them this will continue. And I think these people should be categorized as Terrorists because that's what they are.

some of these calls come from overseas so our DO NOT CALL laws can't touch them.  Or, if here in the USA, they don't give a sheet until you report them to your state's Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. My state Missouri is very aggressive at get large financial penalties from these creeps, but they can only do that if YOU who complain here contact your state's AG office.  Also if you live in an all RED state (ie lots of Republicans) you may not get much help as these AG tend not to care about small business people or individuals getting harrassed.

Do not know this company, would not speak with my Office manager. Do not want to be contacted again.

They call me several times a week.  Most of the time I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  When I do answer they just hang up.  When I try to call the number back, I am told the number is not in service.

Like the rest of you folks I just got a call from our favorite butt plugs at Crescent Processing trying to sell their credit card processing services.  The callers are beyond rude and start off asking for the owner or co-owner.  If that doesn't scream telemarketer, I don't know what does.  When I asked to be placed on their DNC list, surprise surprise Mary Sunshine got nasty with me.  Since I'm a business I'm just shark chum for these calls.  Google 800notes and Crescent Processing and you will see all the numbers these jerks have been using over the years.  Caller ID shows Crescent.

How do you get them to STOP!!

I get calls 2-3 times a day. Next time, I'm going to say, "We are no longer in business. In other words, there is no business. And if you can't understand that...the business is closed FOREVER!" Let's see if that will work. I've even listened to the information and then said no thank you and hung up, and they still call back.

It really ticks me off when I'm in the middle of transcribing or really concentrating on some work and then I have to stop, take off my headsets and race to the phone only to find out it's them!  I'll let you know what happens.
