These people still my money c.o.d supposed to send me a Samsung cell got a worthless tablet. .. they are based out of new York and Miami

I just received a phone call from 9143737694 saying it was from Samsung and that they were selling tablets and phones at 70% off so after asking them a few questions they finally said they were calling from "KCD International" I searched their name on google and of course nothing came out and they gave me their cust serv # as 917 595 2050..  IT'S A SCAM!!!! I dont know where else to report this!

Very annoying people keeps calling from Harte Hanks, told them to stop calling and remove us from their calling list couple times, still not giving up....

This is just to let computer companies like IBM and HP and EMC know of your network needs and how they can help out in deploying better networks.

I call BS on this as I have asked for this to be done 6x's in the last 3 months.

I got the same call just different # 917 595 2050 his name was Marco byes (when to voicemail) he told my mom she was gonna get arrested on tuesday and my mom called back but before she called back I google the number and i saw people comment saying is FAKE & SCAM!!!! and is from NY so we knew it was already fake. when he called back he told my mom she getting arrested for a stupid reason so my mom told him give me your information and im gonna talk to my cousin his a cop. He starting saying tell your cousin to call us and i will give him the information but he started talking f****n FAST! we didnt understand him and he CLICK!! so dont FALL FOR THEM!! its FAKE!

I don't have 5-10 minutes to give these people... I don't care if it's there job or what. Next time, I forward the call to you. Cool?

I just did a litt;e research on "AL YORK" and his calls. They originate from a landline in sumpter Alabama. Probably a double wide trailer w/ a long table, a bank of landline phones and a gaggle of two pack a day obese retired cosmotologists divircees. Get the picture??

I keep getting these calls from some fool named "ALL YORK" at 205-376-0190. They have to pay for each call.

used to work for Harte Hanks here in San Diego,   Pretty much if they are calling it is to see if you are buying anything for your IT environment for next year.  Most of the time they are calling for a computer company called EMC.  It is legit, and they just put u in contact with EMC,  but then again they have many other campaigns.  As for people calling with strong accents I believe that Harte Hanks is located Internationally as well.        
If you want to be removed from list, next time they call...tell them you are that person they are looking for, and ask to be placed on do not call list.....

When I worked there we simply put them on the DNC list and they were taken off...dont know about the people not in usa.

They don't have to have an "office" in India for you to receive calls from India. It's called outsourcing.

Hey..i do agree with the above comments.but its their work and they have to do it.our work is to avoid them.Spending 5 to 10 minutes over the phone doesnot cost us anything  but blessings from these guys..

they called my cell and left a voicemail that was super creepy... like muted snoring/growling... for over two whole minutes. called back and it was busy...weird.

This number has called my office too many times to count, at least 3-4 times a week. They too have a thick Idian accent. They always ask for the President of our company, I don't know how they know his name. I just send them to his voicemail and then sometimes they call back and I just send them back into his voicemail. Now I wish they would call more often because I am starting to have fun messing with them.

Ron w/Harte Hanks called this morning.  Said he needed to verify the info on our computers like we did last year.  I hung up and he immediately called back and started rambling - I just hung up again.  These guys must be getting something for doing this or they wouldn't keep it up for years on end.  The minute I receive any calls like this I just hang up - you can spot these morons a mile away.  Such a waste of time...

Glad I didn't answer this call.  They called 2 times back to back while I was googling the number to see what it was about.  Even at work I hate answering unknown numbers and let it go to voicemail, however these people did not leave a message.

As above...  Lied about the purpose of his call, attempted to get information about our company computers (spent the first 5 minutes while I was looking up the number making things up and generally being evasive)...  And has called back again since the first time we asked to be removed from their list and to no longer be called.

John called me this morning. They have a list of current and past employees and just go down the line when I say 1)not available or 2)no longer employeed here.

I ask them to remove our name and number from their data base to no avail.
This time I wasn't so nice. Just said take us off your list and stop calling.

I know they'll call back again. They always do. Maybe I'll make up some stuff just to see what happens?

They called a number of times each month starting Jan 2009 or maybe earlier.
1st call Jan 14 (Wed) 9:40am
2nd call Jan 21 (Wed) 10:00am
3rd call Mar 4 (Wed) 9:22am
I didn't pick up calls if they are not from our area but was expecting one foreign number call.  So by mistake I picked up the call on Mar 4.  The woman asked to update IT information that was in their database.  The old information was given to them a year ago.  I declined saying that we have changed company policy and don't release system information over the phone any more.  She was pushy and said that she is going to call our Head Office.  LOL.  By all means.  We don't have a Head Office, not to my knowledge!  Just hang up.  However, I did missed one important foreign number call about half an hour later as I thought this woman called again.

Same as all the other comments. Persistent, pushy, rude to our receptionist, won't leave a VM, calling from 917-595-1700. How to make him/them stop?

I keep getting these calls at work and on my cell, But who ever it is THEY are  playing music sounds like some kind of wrap music ...it needs to stop .

A woman with thick Indian accent named Rose asking verification of the location of our phone system. I told her that we do not expose any information to unknown comapanys. She inisited that they are not a sales company. I transfered her to a different department and a minute later she phone back with the same greeting and I told her didn't you call a minute ago. She got confused and still insisting on verifying the location. I told her I don't really know and then she hang up.
