ALex White again and is telling me i owe money from Nov 2011 fron CashNetUsa and has my last 4 from my ss# and is making threats.

I have reported them to my local police department you should all do the same they now have the fbi and a private investigater looking into it

I have received 4 calls with 2 different numbers from these people (9176282475 & 3109530037) apparently these people are using a computerized device in order to do scams. Their numbers can be traced and police can have access to their IP address. I have contacted the police regarding this case and police provided me a complaint form. People do not provide any information to these people as we know they are some professional identity theft criminals.

I have been getting calls from a Alex Wise who is telling me the same thing plus calling my work.  Also, a man with the same accent from California.  Someone needs to stop these people

I got a call from 917-628-2475 this morning and was threatened to be arrested and that they have my social security number and that they are going to my local sheriff department the next bussiness day because I have gotten a 300.00 loan and did not pay it back this is the second time some one called me about a loan and the funny thing is a loan company really did call my phone and said that they deposited 300.00 dollars in my acct but i told them to get it back that i no lnger needed it and they did that was just two weeks ago. i think companies are selling information to these people and they are trying to get money with threats but i gave them a good piece of advice and i tried to call back no one will answer and she kept talking about the courts and the proof they have someone needs to handle these people cause if they target an elderly person they might get some money

i got phone calls from this number also. how they got my phone numbers i dont no. they called my job and said i took out a loan with them i said no i would remeber if some one put money in my bank acc.so today i had it i told him whats your name, your companys name so i can have some one call you and see whats realy going on.then i said i no what you are doing.tryen to get money.you got my information off the internt.he hung up. havent called back.

Nancy White called saying she is from the department of law investigation. For me to call or My lawyer a lawsuit has been charged against My name and social security #. Called back no answer but she and a Justin Johnson from 7073470017 keep leaving crazy messages saying good luck when this unfols on me. Dont ignore this call nor message. I dont know them and they dont wanna know me. Quit playing on My phone.

i have recieved lots of calls from this number. saying for me call or my attorney this is crazy i wonder how they get your information this is crazy. the background is really noisy like he's outside thats crazy....... and how they get your number.

I have gotten over 100 calls from this number and other numbers associated with this same person his name he claims is Mr. Richardson and he's calling from the department of investigatons stating that I owe a payday loan and that they are going to take me to court and I need to prove my case that I have never ever taken out a loan if I can't prove a case in court they don't want money they want me to serve jail time... Then he proceeds to call my job don't know how he has my company's number but someone from HR called me to tell me he has been calling all morning and they need me to contact him so he can stop I apologized to the woman and explained that he has been harassing me for months trying to get me to give him my full social or to send him money... I don't know what to do next but I will be looking into a lawyer to atop all this harassment... Maybe we should all get together and sue them for harassment period!

I got a call about my ss# from this number, they wouldnt give me any info, they even harassed my bff, i told them i am not givin them any info and i never gotten money from them they just hung up on me

I received calls from them today, they said I took out a cash advance from CashAdvanceUSA in the amount of $300. They woman who called wasn't even American. She said she had my social security number, and bank account. She also said I was going to jail and there was a warrant out for my arrest. Psshhh. I gave her the blessing of her life. THEN when I called back, she hung up in my face. My bank said I could sue for harrassment! Guess who's going to court!!!!! Have a good one y'all!

I have received calls from this number all day on my cell phone threatening me. They have my social security number, that is about all i could understand. I called the number back that they gave me and ask if this was the tax office they said yes. I knew it was not but big scam going. My credit is in the gutter maybe they can improve it if they still my identity, haha.

Got a call from this guy stating that they were investigating my Social Security Number and I asked him why and he began to tell me that I had committed some fraud with my S/S Number.  I asked him how could it be fraud if I used my Social Security Number? He could not answer me.  I told him that I had ran his number through the computer and it came up as a scammer and he just hung up in my face.  They sound like indians with a heavy accent.  He called off the last four digits of my Social Security number and that bothers me.  I will notify the Social Security Office of a fraud alert.

getting several calls from this number threatening to take me to jail

i recieved calls all day from this number as well as a 818-337-3041 saying that i defaulted on a loan and if the payments werent received today by 5 pm they were sending the federal marshall to my place of employment. told me i was being charged with theft by deception, fraudulant check charges and a few other once they started saying they were goin to need to talk to my employer about it i knew it was a scam. is there anything we do to actually prosecute these people or is bitching about it on here the only thing we can do??

Got several calls and voicemails from 917-628-2475 threatening of a lawsuit and not to ignore. I call to see what this was about and was answered by a foreign woman asked for a person by the name of "Chris" who left the voicemail she prceeded to take my call, i told her i didnt have time i would call back... called back no answer and unable to leave voicemail.? sounds fishy to me!

I received 2 calls from this number this is after placing a police report on a guy from another company like this last week. My social security number has a freeze on it with all the major credit bureau's and I have changed bank accounts. I will not waist my time talking to these people if they call back let them call back, of they want to bring the law bring the law....

I just got a call from this number saying that I owed $533.29. They said that I got a loan and that I would go  to jail if I did not pay. I never got a loan and they told me that they had proof and that they would call me back to see how much I was going to pay.

I received a call today at my place of enployment from New York 917-628-2475.They knew my name and last four numbers of my social.It was some foreign man and he first asked me for my lawyers information.I told him I had no idea what he was talking about,and he asked if I received any information regarding this matter.I aked him for information on what this was about and he told me he wasn't authorized to give me that information.I then hung up on him and he called right back but I didn't talk to him.It kind of freaked me out.

they just call and left a message saying my social was under investigation....claiming they where the department of law and investigation....pffftt....they can kick rocks....dude barely spoke english...

I have receive a call also from 917-628-2475 about being investigated by New York state Division and then threatened with jail .  They called my office and my daughters

I received two call from this number and then I called them back,stating that they were investigating my social security number, I asked what it was, my social and was told to shut up and verify my number the number was wrong, and I got pissed off and told them to kiss my  behind and prosecute me, I don't owe any one anything and bring it on!. When asked what the company name is I was told they don't know.

I too received a call from this number and he said his name was Tom White and he even called my daughters number with my info

I also got this phone call all foreigns. I told them to stop calling me.

I, too, keep recieving calls from this number, they are threatening and disturbing. Prior to this I was recieving similar calls from an 818 area code in California. I will be reporting this number to the police department and any gov't agency I can locate.
