I got a call from them about 4 months ago that they were an atty office and that they were going to serve me to go to court due to non payment of membership.  Sometime over a year ago I purchased a cream from this magazine with my credit card, didn't even work.  When I purchased the cream there was nothing said about a membership, they said if I paid 400+ that they would take me off collections.  The lady got upset when I told her if she can prove that I signed a contract, i told her that I have all the p/w from a year ago and products and no where does it say anything about a membership.  She got mad and told me don't go to work on thursday because you are going to be served.  REALLY, if I purchased something on a membership wouldn't i recv products thru the year or notices of non payment for collections.  This is a scam, if I purchased on my credit card why did they not charge me on that card if it was a monthly membership.  DO NOT PAY, they keep calling but never leave a msg, no letters sent to my home about a debt collector.  SCAM

i just received a call from this number too saying that this guy was a lawyer from new york and his name was Henry something Cardenas and saying that some lady order sum packages that she didnt pay and i dont even know who that lady is and supposedly i have to pay that cause its under my phone number and if i didnt pay i will mess up my credit. and when i asked him what was the address he gave me a number but didnt give me a street name but all he said was that the lady lived in my town! and it was funny cause he couldnt even pronounce the town right haha and then i asked him what was the name of the company that this lady order from and he couldnt even pronounce the name of the company and he knew english ( supposedly) and the company was in english and he couldnt even pronounced it i told him what language was the name of the company in and he said it was in english and i told him are you sure cause i cant understand what your saying lol i tried talking to him in english and once i started talking to him he wanted to hang up on me. lol but idk lol but i think its a scam lol

He must be a newly hired mule or a mule that has a hard time pronouncing American names.

this guy just called me aswell, this is the second time i have been called from these people. The first time it was a lady and she stated the same thing about a $5000 collection debt. His name was Alexander Smith, this poor guy couldnt speak a lick of english and couldnt even pronounce his last name right. i sent my daughter to her room before i went of on him. He told me that he was "bilingual" but could only speak spanish lol. I went off telling him thatr he was an effin idiot, bilingual meant two languages then he replied that he was american and that was the way to pronounce his last name"esmith" lmfao. then i just started to have fun with him by asking him things in english which he had no idea what i was saying. Do not release him any information about yourself, this is a scam. He also stated that he was an attorney for Credit Security of New York. When have u heard of an attorney work as a collector?

called my friend today looking for money  will settle for the amount of 250 dollars and it needed to be paid in three days or he was sending the police to the residence , i'm sure this number is a scam because the collector stutters to much when asking questions.

Guy said you owe $5000 and that to setlle this send $299 and no companies will collect from you this is fake you can here other people talking this is a scam people do not send him any money with a money pac card that he is asking for

The caller claims to be Lawyer Utech Moreno in New York and claims that the Company Spanish Global is suing due to non-payment of $5000 for a package. He refuses to describe package contents and stutters when he speaks. After asked he said his license number is 0712. How do I know this lawyer is legit?
