Some lady stating she is calling from Howard&associates but caller id says legal processing states check fraud...i said stop calling my house & she starts arguing with me so i said Dont call my f***ing house again you stupid b**ch & hung up on her. One minute late i get a call from 1-917-268-8135 & caller id says TORI DIXON...it was the same lady & she said DID YOUR MOM TEACH YOU TO TALK LIKE THAT PAMELA...my name is not Pamela lol so i said yeah she did & i hung up. She is calling from navi Mumbai in India lol. So all day they call people hoping to get a sucker thatll believe them & give them access to their $! They need their phone privledges removed.

Its always the same woman's voice on my vm when I check it stating " we have your name and your social security number in our office regarding 2 check fraud cases" So question is.. what is "my name and SSN?" They could be talking about any Joe Blow.. not me. This is straight up nonsense as I dont write checks and havent done so in nearly 10 yrs. I never answer these unknown callers. They need to get a real job and sit down somewhere.

Received a call and they claimed I had two fraudulent checks outstanding and they were going to prosecute me. This company is fraudulent using deceptive tactics and trying to scare you into giving them money. My advise is do not call them or respond to their empty threats. Again I will state "Do Not Call Them or Answer their incoming call" their are crooks

Caller insisting I am being charged with check fraud. A. I do not write checks and B. this is streight up "phishing" scam. Do not give them any information or details about you! "Two counts of check fraud pending."
