This number has called me 8 times today and in the middle of the damn night wtf its b***s***

I got a call from this number tonight. I might have answered but I think I hit "ignore" when taking the phone out of my pocket (seems to be a problem with some touch screens). I really think they are calling random numbers, because my number is fairly new, I have only given it to friends and a very few businesses I am comfortable trusting, and I do not get other marketing calls. Anyone questionable gets my landline, which is never answered.

Aren't they required these days to know who they are calling, meaning no random robo calls, so cell phones have some protection? Reminds me of wardialing in 1991. And yes, when I have a missed call from a number out of the area code, I usually google it from the phone right away.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THAT NUMBER TODAY AT 1:47PM. COULD NOT ANSWER IT BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK. I WORK FOR A NATIONWIDE ANSWERING SERVICE AND WE GET ALOT OF THESE SOLICITED CALL NUMBERS FOR PEOPLE  EVERYDAY. THEY NEED TO STOP HARRASSING PEOPLE.

This number called me twice in a span of 10 mins.  I answered the call the first time and there was a recording (male voice) talking about credit card debt.  The second time I also answered my phone, different voice (female) recording talking about the same thing.

I also received a call from this number:  9177935624.

Did not answer, did not call back.

Just reporting this number. I don't accept calls from others that aren't already listed in my phone and there are only 2 people who have my number and they are in my go-phone network. No others will be added unless I know them personally.

Just bought this go-phone 4 days ago and no one knows this number. Must be a scam of some sort.

Got the same call about 45 mins ago. I simply ignored it. Then I came here and read the posts on it. Then I grabbed my phone and added that number to my reject/block list!

Just got a call from this msg to my cell.  No v.m.   Got the "to be removed from our list, put in your 10-digit number" option, waited and then got the "thank you" message, even though I didn't put anything in.  WTF?
