I recieved the call from this number at 5:44 pm. I pressed "1" after the recorded message. The lady who answered, with bad grammer I might add, said she was calling for the a company named "Card Services". I asked which card, and she hung up on me. I have been unsuccessful calling them back. I am sure this is just a scam trying to get people to give out personal and/or bank information to later steal from them. There has got to be a way to track these thieves and punish them. I am in the Army, all the things we can do overseas to find bad guys, why can we not do it here? Very frustrating!!!

Weird... got a call, but when I call back there is no ring tone. I just hays a busy signal.

got a call from 917-793-5632 at 3:30pm EST. did not recognize the number was busy on a project for a client at the time. They did not leave a voice message. I did research in Google and found out it was a Credit card company selling lower interest rates call "Exclusive" something or another... bottom line, they are a telemarketing firm bothering people... They figure, with Christmas shopping over, everyone is getting their credit card bills from the holidays, and want to offer lower credit card bills.

I missed a call from this number at around 6:20 pm as I was driving back home from work.  After I got back home, checked my cell phone, no vm or msg left.  The same day my husband also got the call from the same number, but he had missed it too and came to find out that he recieved the phone 15 minutes after I did.... We tried calling back, but all it says is busy, call again later....

getting alot of calls from this line and have no clue who it is and getting a call during the evenings and wants the calls to stop call my phone

called me n left no message and this is the second time tht some one with that area code has called me im soon gonna have them all blocked

I've been called a few times and have answered.  I pressed 1 so I could talk to someone and as soon as I ask a question they hang up.  It's a finacial scam...next time I will act like an elderly person and see what they can do...

Called my privite cell phone, but did not leave voice mail.  People just do whatever they want to these days without consideration to anyone else.  It is very sad to watch our system of things decline.  The calls are coming from the Bronx, NY.

This number called me several times throughout the week on my cellular phone too.  I also registered on the do-not-call list before. Apparently, they ignore this list. These people should be caught and then shot.

Stop calling me!!

Yup...here I am way out in the 206 area code and they called me just now on my cell.  I now make it a policy to ignore any phone numbers unknown to me.  Hey,  if it actually is important (maybe one call out of a hundred!) they'll get back to me via email or my land line!

This number called my 610 area code mobile phone today. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, I guess it wasn't important. Happy New Year!

i recieved this call while i was in the middle of watching a movie.  they call very often.  im getting very pissed.  PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call on my work cell phone today -- just got this number 2 weeks ago, so I know it's not a call for me. I pressed "1" for their dubious "offer" of a lower interest rate. Upon connecting, I asked to be removed from their calling list and they hung up on me.  

I called the number back but just get the "all lines are busy now" message.

Low lifes.  Find another way to make a buck.

I really wish that congress would address this problem with a final solution. I have had this call twice in the last two days.

they got 2 of my cell phones today didn't notice till I got home from work

they just callled me on my cell phone "Rob" told mettthat he was  from a credit card company called Exccllusive  financial servies  I call the number back alll it says is call back later

This is the 5th call today I have received from odd phone numbers.  Every single call has been from a  different number, and this is the most recent number. No messages left from any of them.

Just got a call on my cell at work as well. People are so annoying lol.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number at 4:00pm today; they did not leave a message.  I received another call this morning from another number which did not leave a message but appears to be a scam phone number also.

3 calls from this bogus number in a span of an hour.....no messages left!

I got a call on my work blackberry so I answered.  It was a recorded message saying something about my card account, my account is in good standing but I can get a lower interest rate... oh noes, this is my final notice!  (I received one of these back on Dec 02 from a similar number but thought nothing of it)  No identification of any company names.  No emails were sent from our corporate card provider.

Then they ask to press 1 to speak with an operator.  I pressed nothing, after a few seconds it disconnected.

Smells nefarious to me.

I also received call from this number on my cell during work.  I don't know anyone in the 917 area code either. - Blountville, TN
