Ok, I got a call from this number 3 times in 20 minutes!

i ENTERED MY CELL NUMBER IN THE ATT ACCOUNT INFO AND WHILE I WAS FINISHING THE REST OF THE BLANKS MY CELL PHONE RANG AND THEY HUNG UP WHEN I ANSWERED.

I been receiving 3 calls at day from this number. It is not possible that when you call back it say that the number is allocated.

Just got this same call, says "not in use" on calLer id, called it back no one answered.

Here is the strange one!!!  my cell phone rang like all the above and same number and dialog, BUT MY PHONE WAS NOT TURNED ON!!!!  and it took the call!!!!!!!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number and I would like to report it as phone harrassment.

I just got a call from (917) 793-5694 and there was nothing but silence on the other end. I tried calling the number and it said that the number was allocated. I am going to report this number, has anyone else reported this number?

if you try to call back this # it says it is unallocated.... and I am registered on the do not call list

I got a voicemail message.  It said, "Hi this is Kathy. If you want financial freedom there are a number of programs available."  So totally a scam call.

The cell carriers do this to raise your bill, or they would stop the number.

Got the same thing. I called back and it said the number was unallocated,

I received a call from this # today @ 12:22 pm. The # shows up on caller ID as 'Not in Use'. I called it back and there is recording of a guy saying "This # is unallocated" repeatedly. Crazy.
