This is the email I was sent, i am so sick of these scumbags, get a real job

I got the same call today from "Office Derrick" claiiming to be from US Cash Advance.  When I called the number back a man aswered, but not the same one that called me.  He didn't havea clue what I was talking about.....  This call has SCAM written all over it!!!!

some one named office derrick from USA cash advance with a legal matter with my name and social security number and for me to call him back at 917-829-3002. I called the number back and it's a cell phone i don't know who this an is .

they called my phone saying that they are calling legal issue that i owe money , he left it  on my voice mail. did not leave his name just his number. also didn't leave the company name.

This company extorted 400 out of me claiming to be a loan co

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

Was called about a government grant and a law suit from a officer stating i needed to call him back, but gae no details, when i called back, there was a Indian operator, and stated that I needed to pay 300 on a 5,000 dollar loan, which i never took out, and the more i explained it, the ore he said pay up 300 or go to court and possibly jail. When he wouldn't stop yelling at me, i hung up, and then got a cal that i didn't answer from a supposedly 911 caller id number.
I will not give this person any more info or waste my time on him. The Officer who called is called Derick.

Well I received a Email saying United States Attorney I'am being suied for 5869 and If I do not call and sit up payment options then there taking me to court it was for e-check payments online haha I dont buy stuff online so I knew right there and then I was being scammed so Iam going to take this to My local Police Department ASAP to stop this

They sent me an email address saying that this is United States Attorney Office and I'am being suied for 5,689 because of all the E Check writing and if I dont call and schudele a payment option then they will sue me they left a address 505 Park avenue New York City NY 10022 at the end of the letter it said Attorney Derrick Jones

well I never buy anything online so right off the bat I knew it was a scam

So, I blocked my number and called this number back. I can here this man, with a middle eastern accent, talking in the background. It sounds like he is on the phone with a possible victim... He is literally "begging" whoever it is he is speaking to, to take the deal he is offering. Sounding like a pathetic loser, he goes so far as to say "please please, I am a man of my word..." Gees, wtfh? Beware of this scam people....

I was scam too, with 200 dollars, I was in need of financial money for a car, when I contacted them they told me that they approved me 2000 dollars, just what I need to get the car, he also told me to put 200 hundred dollar in a greendotmoney pak to be able to get the money in, In desperation I put 200 dollars on it and then they told me that I needed to put 700 dollars on it so they can proceed to put the money in, I catch up to it and  thank God didnt applied a 700 dollar amount other wise I would it lost it. I report it to the authorities in my town. They told me they couldn't do anything. But they have to find this people some how. If they can find criminals through cell phone and all that stuff, i am sure they can track them down.

I have been receiving calls from this company for the last few days saying that I was approved for a $3000 loan but that I had to put down a security deposit of $275 using a Green Dot Money Card. I was suspecious since I received the call.  Never give out any information.  It was a hindu speaking man named Ray Jones.  No way was this his name with the accent he had.  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

There is a bunch of these scum low lifes working together trying to scare people and and rob them.Don't give them any information and report it.

This Phone no. is a no. strait from hell If I ever find these scumbags I will put pins in there eyes. They  have extorted thousands of people and are getting away with it. Whoever reads this make sure that you don't give them any information because they will  unload your bank account.

I received a call from this number repeatedly but when I answer they ask who I am and tell me I am in trouble with the police in Utah. I have never been to Utah. They ask for my home address and phone number which is strange being that they are calling me.

Got a voicemail from this number saying I was approved for a loan. I didn't apply for a loan. They asked for Rosemary (which is not my name). I called back and the man who answered gave no company name, nor his name. I told him I had reported the number to the authorities and hung up. He called back. I told him to stop calling my number or I was sending the cops. Not sure how they got my number, but in the last 3 days, I have received about 30 calls/texts asking for this Rosemary. eDegree, Cash Advance and others that don't give a company name or even talk.

Keeps calling  5-8 times a day. My husband is very ill. The person is rude and swears at me.

I applie for a job online a month ago, and ever since ive been getting calls from this #9178293002. they call me a total of 9 times each day for a month now and it is really making me mad and also my elderly mother mad...I have a heart problem and I scream so loud at them this evening my throat is soar....they need to be stopped.something about money and school....he cant speak english and then told me I cant do anything to him.....Im very upset

They called me today and said that I am approved for a loan with USA net in the amount of $10,000 I told them I don' t want it and to take me off their call list and I hung. Up. Then 2 second later the same guy called back and said that he is going to kill my family and then do very sick sexual things to me.Then he hung up.

Oh really that's funny, I just happen to have an outstanding loan with them that I am making payments on!!!
