I keep receiving harassing phone calls from this number 917-829-6785. The person I spoke to says his name is Tom Jackson.

I had the same caller today, not only to my cell, but called a couple of my friends also.  It sounds like they were using the phone system through the internet based.  So, they can be calling from anywhere. This is a scam, do not send money NO MATTER WHAT. They try to scare you in paying them to get them off your back!  THIS IS A SCAM, AND NOTHING LESS THAN A SCAM!

I got a call from this same number, but they were asking for one of my friends.  The guys name was Charm Jackson and I had trouble understanding him.  The only thing I got out of the phone call was legal issue and federal goverment.  This Charm guy was VERY RUDE.

A Thomas Jackson called my work and informed the girl who answered that I need to contact him right away regarding a legal matter. Did not call back, just googled the number and look what I see!!! What jerks!

Charm Jackson called me on my cell asking for a friend of mine.  This guy was VERY RUDE and ask me to pass the message along.  He had a very heavy accent and I could hardly understand him since the phone was echoing in my ear.   The stated this was a legal issue and he was from ???? Federal Department.  He then proceeded to get angry at me because I asked him What Federal Department are you from and do to his heavy accent I could not understand him, so I just hung up.

Tom Jackson. Heavy Russian accent. Left a message telling me to call him immediately or else I would need to contact my attorney to have them settle the lawsuit he's going to file against me.

Sounds like a scam.

Got a message at my employment to call the "Financial Crime Division" at 9178296785 a Don Jackson wanted to speak with me. I work midnights so I left him a message not to call my employer anymore that he could call the other number he had since he "knows" so much about me. We shall see.

I got the same call too. He left me a voicemail stating that it was a lawsuit and if I don't call him back that he will file a claim against me. He had my social security number too. He had a really strong accent. So when I called him back I told him to stop calling because I know he's a scam cuz he kept asking me for my personal information. Then I wouldn't give it to him so he started calling me names. So this is definately a scam. Bill collectors do not call you names and they are more professional about this stuff. I'm pretty sure that they don't live in the US. Does anyone know how we can get rid of them calling us? They call like 20 times a day.

on today starting at 3:30 P.M. one Tom Jackson called suggesting I have my lawyer contact them .This message was on my voice mail along with the Phone number .When i called and began asking about the reason for him calling he hung the phone up I called back and let him know I was not the one to try and scam.  never would give me a account number or any information just said they would send information in the mail.

My mother-in-law received a call from a Tom Jack.  He said he was handling a legal matter regarding a loan for some property by the name of Arrow Head Investment and that he just wanted to confer that she knew him.
