I am receiving messages from a C Ty Walker, also from Tori P Diego. And phone calls. He says he is an actor / director / talent scout. Asked me for pics and too skype. Is there any truth in this person?

To post that all of these females are pathetic individuals with an agenda is ridiculous! Today some man called me claiming to be representing a modeling agency. It was a agency I had never heard of before. He claimed that the agency he works for has a magazine called Tiny Tots and asked would I be comfortable posing in tights shirts and pants. Right away I began to feel uncomfortable but I stayed on the phone second guessing myself as we women usually do and the questions got more weird. He asked me very personal questions like what was my bra size and what did I think was my greatest feature. He would laugh this uncomfortable laugh after most everything he said. I asked him how he got my number and he said someone referred me but when I asked who he said he didn't know, that I just came across his database. He sounded very unprofessional like he was some dude calling from his basement. I didn't give him any personal information and when I asked for his name he gave me a different name and hung up. I feel so violated. Why didn't I just hang up immediately. I feel so stupid. God please stop this man in Jesus name I ask you. I don't know who this man is but God you know.

I sincerely hope with all my heart Dear Stacy, you judgmental clueless idiot, that you will one day have a beautiful daughter who meets a man exactly like Dean Kelly and that he treats her exactly as he has treated hundreds of other little girls and young women. He was indicted by the Grand Jury last week in Nola for forcible rape. He will most likely be indicted by a Grand Jury on the other two rape charges as well. wow!! so this guy really is for real! he came up to me and my friend at a bar in LC, LA last week asking us to be in the kings of leon video next weekend in New Orleans. we all thought it was a little random because no one famous ever really comes to our city. He gave me his number and walked off all confident saying i had really nice eyes. After he left the bar he texted me wanting to meet up..and of course having a very cute and flirty "tourist" asking to hang out i said ok. So i went to meet him down the road but i had a guy friend stay on the phone with me until i met up with "Dan Ellis Klein". when i got there he told me to go sit in his car with him and i said no, but he kept insisting, and i kept saying no why can't we just talk outside the cars or whatever. And he got mad and left!! After he left he kept texting me saying how stupid and young and how much of an idiot i was for wasting his time! i told him off and didnt think i'd talk to him again. but that weekend he wanted me to go meet him at the LSU game and to just make a weekend trip with him to NOLA. i told him no. now he keeps sending me email's telling me to send him pics as if for a modeling thing or something. everything yal have said above is true about him in NY LA NOLA and Miami. and i actually will be in new orleans this coming weekend which is when he claimed the kings of leon video would be, so im kinda afraid to bump into him on bourbon or somewhere cuz he wanted to meet up this weekend.. The number he's using is 1-310-948-1007. That night we met he had a blackberry he got my number on, but 20min later i saw him with an Iphone..not too sure what that was about. He said the blackberry 310# was a company phone and i and i had tried calling him that night but it would go straight to a girl's voicemail..kinda weird. Just heads up girls for when you go out! he's a very good looking and flirty guy, any girl would want to talk to him, but now that this has happened, i'm def gonna be a lot more careful when i go out!!

Just so people are aware, Dean Kelly may not be an angel but the allegations are ridiculous.  I have heard from other students on campus that Dean had made a girl really mad and her sorority decided they were going to use the internet in attempt to get back at him.  That is why you will all notice that they are using anonymous scam and phone number sites in attempt to attack him.  This whole thing has gotten out of control.  I feel really bad that he has been falsely accused of this.  The girl read all the internet stuff and figured she had been dealing with some sort of predator....she naively believed, like many of you, that info written on a site that is anonymous is true.
RANDOM INFO THAT COULD BE POSTED BY ANYONE ON SILLY ANONYMOUS SCAM SITES SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AS THE TRUTH.  It will be shown that the girl made false allegations and I hope she will be sued with slander.  For all of you who think that you will not be held responsible for all the fake info put on these sites, you are sadly wrong.  Presented with the proper legal documentation, it is a joke to get all your IP addresses.  Falsely reporting that someone raped you is a serious offense if proven.  
I am sure by the way I write you can see that I am not Dean trying to defend myself.  It just angers me when catty girls try to destroy someone because they have a grudge.  
So have fun making up lies and hiding behind a computer screen because you have no real evidence against Dean.  For all anyone knows, the people writing on the sites could be a small group of pathetic girls posting under different names (since you don't even need an email to post on post of these sites).  I find it very odd that someone keeps updating these sites every hour or so.  He/she seems a little to obsessed with destroying Dean by any means necessary.  Get your own life and stop trying to destroy Dean.  He may be guilty of texting obnoxiously and blowing girls off without a care, but that doesn't warrant what you girls have done.

I am fromNew Orleans and used to know Dean. To everyone reading this.. Do not be confused by all of the fifty million confusing pictures that Dean has linked trying to confuse everyone that there are multiple Dean Kellys out there. There may be other people in this world who happen to have that same name but the one referenced in every single one of the posts who picks up, texts, calls women inviting them to things, saying that he is a model, photographer , agent etc is all THE SAME DEAN. To figure out who this Dean is is very simple. Find the aerosmith crazy video and he is the guy riding the tractor just younger. The other pictures that you may pull up are ones that he has superimposed over pictures of himelf to try to confuse everyone. The only thing that I would like to know is what in the hell is going on in his mind as to what a pitiful life he has. The random ex girlfriend letters that he leaves on various sites thinking that he can confuse anyone futher demonstrate that he has the mind of a ten year old boy. The one posted on here says something about I have everyone joining in to help my sorority, business associates etc. He is obviously delusional and his messages are comical and entertaining. There are others where he pretends (at a kindergarten level mind you) to be an 'online law firm' noting everyones ip addresses who are bashing him. In the midst of the post where he is supposed to be a law firm though he almost forgets his fake identity and goes into a fugue where he is now the ex girlfriend. I was a psych major and this poor pitiful thing is entertaining as long as you are not stupid to get duped by him. I met this guy at a club, he found out I just started and pounced.  He has tried to get me to fly all over the U.S. with him, he gave me his web site "daxphoto.com" which is a scam too, says nothing about him(no name or anything).  He told me he "felt sorry for me I was stuck in this rut and he wanted to help me get out of it!"  First of all I am not in a rut, I am in school full time and make all A's.  I obviously have something going for me.  I could tell he is very good at talking around important quetions to aviod answering them. He wants me to fly out, "to check out what he does and how everything works on the set." He "just sees something special in me and knows I could do so much more with my life."  He has wanted to put me in the Kings of Leon video, Eminem, and other stuff.  But he can't give me any info on his company, models he has worked for, agencies he works with, nothing!  I have no knew nick names to add to the list.  All of the above are correct!  I have been trying to google his name for a month and found nothing, them I remember seeing something on Dateline about a guy that is most wanted for this so I googled modeling scams, I still haven't found that episode?  I am scared. . . .

Just to let you all know Dean Kelly has been arrested in New Orleans for rape...and hopefully he will not be released anytime soon!

Don't mistake the length in time to report the incident with credibility. The details regarding what constitutes rapes are VERY hush hush.  Had this girl understood, she would have reported much earlier. Also, it is very difficult and SCARY to report something like this. Until it happens to you, shut the heck up.  He legitimately raped that girl. Unfortunately she didn't understand that fact until the police told her.

He was released on $120,000 property bond paid by his parents. His next court date on these rape charges will be in April.

I'm a student a Tulane University, and a few weeks ago TU Police Department issued a mass email to all students warning that Kelly/Durden/Whoever was in the area and soliciting females at the local campus bars, offering them compensation - sporting tickets, movie set access, etc - for sexual favors and nude photographs.

A few days later they sent out another email, saying NOPD had issued a warrant for his arrest, and that he was subsequently arrested for alleged sexual assault.

Hopefully this will end the madness

02.27.2011: I met this guy in the grocery store where he told me that he had 2 mardi gras ball tickets that he couldn't use and were available for me and a friend.. i gave him a number to contact me by. he facebooked me under the name "Tles Durden" and immediately deleted the account thereafter. he continuously texted me asking me "are you adventurous," and asking me on dates.  I then saw him at a local bar where he acted like the biggest creep ive ever met in my life.  i bid him goodbye and when he hugged me he pulled my hair from behind .. i ran away.
a week later, a friend of a friend met the same man in the same grocery store.. we put two and two together and figured out his real name .. mother was right: don't ever give your number to a stranger !!!

I have been raped before and I assure you, NOONE had to let me know I have been raped. I don't know the circumstances around what this guy did, but one thing I do know for sure, if this girl had to be told by the NOPD she had been raped, the she wasn't raped. So what you are saying is she was coached into saying she was raped. This guy being charged with forcible rape and the girl did not even know she was raped. C'mon that's ridiculous. The only other thing I could think of is if she said no but he kept persisting and then she finally gave in. That would be considered rape, right? I'm pretty sure that is but it definitely is forcible rape(punishable by 40 years in prison).

I've been knowing dean for about 11 yrs. I met him on bourbon St. In new Orleans with 2 of my gf's. He invited us to many parties many nights in nola and we never felt disrespected or scammed. I haven't seen him in about a year. I think you dumb girls are trying desperately to model or whatever and just being let down bc it's not your calling. My gf's and I are not promiscuous nor did we give off a slutty vibe so I'm sure dean knew he had to treat us with class. I feel sorry for you girls who have been so naive.
