left me a message to call this #, serious legal matter with name and SS#... these jerks need to go to jail!!!!!

Just received a call from this number saying they were Legal Processing Services, needed to get in touch with them immediately about an important legal matter that had been filed against me and my social security number. A bunch of bull pucky, I'm blocking this number. I'm not going to call back.

P.S. - The Call Control app works wonders and is only $7.99 (one time fee) it also transfers from phone to phone as long as you maintain the same number.  I promptly added this number to my list after my encounter with this company.  (917) 932-2014

Total SCAM -lady called and left a voicemail stating that I needed to call them back immediately because my name had been given to them in reference to an important legal investigation - I called back and they didn't have my birthdate OR the last 4 digits of my SSN correct - I asked her how they obtained my phone number and she proceeded to give me another number to contact - pardon my French, but screw them!!

They are a SCAM. They claim to be Howard Associates, and that I have 2 fraud checks on my account. I called my bank because they said my bank told them some information. My bank confirmed it was a scam and advised not to give them any information. Also they had the wrong birthday and other information for my personal information. I will post below all of the numbers they call me from. Call your bank and report this, it's the only way we can get rid of them.

Have been receiving  calls at my work phone, always the same number I called once and they were claming 8,000 for a credit card debt> When I asked for more informataion they couldn't give it to me so I asked the  Lady that answered the phone to send me all the papaerwork to back up that debt and as of today (2 wks) I haven't received anything.

Additional message from "Legal Processing Service" w/ this new number. Called the number, female answered & had my husbands name but last 4 digits of the ssn was not his-she did want his ssn to verify(!). Female advised they were "Howard Associates" in New York, refused to provide their address & when asked for additional info'concerning their company & inquiries, she stated we have no problem as their ssn was different from our's & quickly hung up. Same recording as #281-213-0784-beware!

Left a voicemail with usual debt collector message. Seems like they're out in full force today with this number given it wasn't reported on here until today...

They keep calling our business saying a legal problem & connected with our social security...  try to call back & can't get through...What bull!
