Very strange call from someone with  thick accent saying he was calling from some sort of medical dispute place regarding a complaint I made concerning side effects of birth control to my heath department.  I never made any such dispute so I assume this is some sort of phishing expedition.

Unknown, terrible connection, couldn't hear a word he said...

A call came in and I said, "Hello". There was dead silence for 10 seconds and as I was hanging up, someone asked if I were Jackie. I tried returning the call, but didn't get any response.

Bad connection. The transmission was so broken-up I could not understand what he was saying.
