It is for loan modifications..I called the number back and a recording comes on after a few seconds that states if you would like to be taken off their call list press "1".

Left no message here either. Hopefully someone will post who was able, or willing, to answer the phone and find out who the heck it is. I don't have any late bills right now (LOL) so it shouldn't be THAT!
