I too have received frequent daily calls from this number 918-442-0639.  No one is ever on the other line when I say hello.  I did find out this is a land line in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Tulsa  I just want the calls to stop and can't get anyone to help me.

They call 2-3 tmes a day, 3-4 days a week, never leaving a meassage.  Looking it up leads to Global Travel which has something to do with time shares that we have never had anything to do with.  Reporting to "No call list".

thank you andrew! i keep getting calls from them too. i just dialed the number you provided and spoke with someone. they first said since that # wasnt a customer of theirs they couldnt do anything. after i referenced that i found their # on a website and they were able to help someone else he said he thinks he can help. he put a do not call request in and said it may take up to 72 hours. hoping the calls stop. thanks for sharing the info.

I keep getting calls from this number, but there's no one there.  One time I held on to see what would happen and after a couple of minutes the message said "Thank You" and hung up.  I called the number on Caller ID and got another recorded call saying "Thank you for returning our call.  If you do not want to continue receiving these calls, please press 1"  I did, but I'm still getting calls from them.  I've filed 2 complaints with the FCC, but was told that they couldn't do anything without a business name.

I believe the caller is associated with a timeshare reseller

I called the 866 225-1956 number.  The woman on the other end said she would send my phone number over to the caller and the phone calls should stop within 24 to 48 hours.

Is there anyone out there shutting these type of companies down- If I called someone that often it would be harrassment- I do not have any credit cards or timeshares or warranties. I am sick in bed. STOP CALLING. MAYBE IF WE ALL CANCELLED OUR PHONE SERVICE THE PHONE COMPANIES WOULD PROVIDE SERVICES TO STOP THIS HARRASMENT OF PEOPLE.

OMG....this number (918)-442-0639 they annoy da hell out of my nurves....they call me at work atleast 6 times a day..and my boss is getting fed up with them and i am currently working at a Adult foster care home as a House manager and my goodness...they told me that I have a lawsuit against my name and they read me my SSN and everything.....these heavy accent folks need to get da stepp'n and leave me da hell alone......they sound like they are from India...and once before they did the same thing and i believed them and then i lost my money...so don't even take any crap from these people....

Received several calls from this number and others.  When I've called back on an unlisted number some operator says it is not a working number.

Buy a phone where you can block numbers with one touch.  Panasonic makes a good one.  works like a charm.  they call once and poof! no more!  (Maybe I should buy stock in Panasonic! I'm sure others make them, too.)

Thanks to all of your posts, I just called my credit card company and cancelled my card.  Yes, I was a dummy and agreed to sell my timeshare to them......and yes, the $3600 seemed WAY high, but since I got laid off last week, I thought it was an answer to my prayers.  Guess not, but your comments at least helped me from getting ripped off.  Card cancelled.  Thanks to all of you for your comments!

I finally answered to tell this person not to call me, to take me off their list and a man just kept saying but what if I want to call you again and this went on three times.  Finally I said if you keep bothering me I will call the police and then he said, "I wouldn't do that lady.  I know where you live and he mentioned my partner's name.  This was really frightening to me.  I am going to try that number.  Thank you.

i too have the same problem with this phone number a 5 second delay and then an automated voice says "good bye" and hangs up...what is up with this?

3 calls in 3 days from this number - each time I answered then waiting for a response and the only thing I got was a "click" and the call was ended.  you'd think if they were bothering to call they'd at least come to the phone when someone answers!  If you return the call you are given the option to be removed from their "preferred marketing list" but they never say who they are.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer it says bye-bye...This has happened every day this week...tired of it.

Hey Andrew, thanks for the info. I just made a call to the "866#" you recommended & was informed that the company is actually outside of the country (not in Tulsa as the area code suggests). Any way the guy I spoke to said that whoever is making the calls is contracted to honor "no call requests". He would send a complaint and it should be resolved in 3 to 4 days. HOPE HOPE HOPE

I HAVE BEEN CALLING BACK AND PRESSING ONE TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR "PREFERRED PROMOTION" LIST EVERY TIME THEY CALL......BUT DOES THAT STOP THEM FROM CALLING 5 SOMETIMES 6 TIMES A WEEK ........  NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!

This number calls my cell at least twice a day for the past two weeks. Usually the line disconnects once I answer.  However, the last couple of times I have answered, there is nothing, then the line goes dead.

Multiple calls, now leaving unintelligible messages on my recorder.  Apparently, it is about timeshares.  I sold my timeshare in 2007.

This number calls at lease 6 times a day I'm sick of it. When I opt out  it seems the amount of incoming calls become more vast.
