I have recently received two calls from this number, identified as "Home Security" on my caller ID. I answered both calls but no one responded on the other end. I have blocked their number.

you can file a complaint with your state's attorney generals office and can also sue them, keep a log of all your calls

It's a company soliciting security systems.
They originally began calling on march 10, 2011. I used their automated voice jail and selected the number 1 to be removed from their "list" and put on the do not call list there within 72 hours. Now they never should have had my number on a list in the first place for my number was already registered on the national do no call registry and then I went back to the do not call registry to verify that my number was still active on the National DoNot Call registry. ( Which it is active.) I just received another call from that same number March 24, 2011 even after all the chances that company had to correct the issue. Now a FORMAL COMPLAINT will be filed with the FCC and I provided a "link" to the government website for anyone else that cares to file as well, for what they are doing is a CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE LAW!

Received the call from this number...did not leave a message.....called it and said as above about a special promotion....and if you did not want anymore calls to enter 1 and they will remove you from their list. I should not be on anyone's list as I am on the do not call registry. What good is the do not call registry if we are bombarded by these calls anyway???? It used to work really well at first until all of the exceptions for non-profits and such. And as usual a good idea gets shot to hell in the name of "Politically Correct". What a scam by the scammers!!!!

Received a call today from this number. Also no message left. Called back, i got promoted with a automatic message about special promotion. Same and Audrey, i am on the DO NOT CALL registry as well.
