Call came from Tulsa, Ok to Kansas at 13:37 CST hours on 11-24-10. Call not answered, however a synthetic female voice left a message. It was a pitch to lower interest rates. She didn't say what, so we probably can assume it's credit cards. Then, it was Press 1 for a live operator or Press 3 to stop further notices. Yeah, right. Caller ID said "Service Message".

Called 8-10 Times in the past week, twice today.  Never Leaves a message, My phone is a cell.
Today I answered they hung up.  I called back & pressed 1 for their do not call list.
I already have been registered with the national DNC List for more than a year.
They should be FINED  or  F- - K'd with a HOT POKER !!!!!!!!!!!

I've been getting calls from this number constantly for the past week.  I didn't ever answer them.  To day I did and just got hung up on.  Called back and they had a recording for a Do Not Call List.  I'm registered on the DNC but for some reason, that doesn't matter to these people.  We'll see if it works.  If you just call them back it will ask you to press one to be added to their Do Not Call list.

Duplicate all the previous messages. They call at the dinner hour, early in the morning and always hang up if you answer. I reported them to their phone service company with no luck.

Called customer service at Fulltel (their phone service co.). They have had a number of complaints. He gave me 866-225-1956 as the number to call to get my phone on their do not call list. Both people very helpful - trust this will work

Constant badgering calls - another scumbag solicitor

I have been getting numerous calls from this number. I answered one time and the person said something about lowering rates or debt or one of those scam things and I told the person I was not interested. I keep on getting calls from them even though I told them to put me on their do not call list. I also blocked the number on my cell phone, so I'm not sure how they were able to call again. I'm on the national do not call list, so they are not supposed to be able to call me.

call several times.  first time was only in Spanish. second time I waited on dead air with only background talking.  Then after 3 minutes a lady came on asking about an inquiry for health insurance.  I told her I didn't do any and she started arguing about whether I did or didn't .  I think I would know if I wanted health insurance.  I told her she had the wrong person and I wanted removed from the call list.  I also recorded the call since she called my Google voice number.

I got the same message left on my answering machine. Don't know what the lower interest rates are but I'm not going to give them the chance to scam me.

Got a call from this number today. No voicemail left when I didn't answer. I am going to report it to the 'Do not call' registry now. Scum bags need to stop scamming people and get a damn life!

I received this call from a male voice where sound like living in South American or Caribbean. I just told him to buzz off.

If you answer they will bill your cell phone company $ 9.99 , total scam !!!!!!

Female asking to speak to the person in charge of our merchant account.  She sounded so unprofessional.  Told her we dont have anyone available.  She hung up.

Received an unsolicit automated service from this # about reducing the interest rate on my VISA.  I press 1 to speak with a rep.  He kept asking me detailed questions on how much I had on my VISA and other credit cards.  I asked if he was with Capital One.  He said they were over all VISA and Mastercard companies.  He then told me if I did not have $3,000 in credit card debt, I would not qualify for the reduced interest rate.  I asked him specifically about Capital One VISA.  He said he did not have that information.  Again, I asked who was he with.  He then said Experian Credit Bureau.  I said, if I didn't qualify, whey were they calling me?  He then said something was wrong with the connection and he could no longer her me.  I asked him to remove my # from their calling list.  He said my phone was beeping in and out and he could hear me.  I said, he must hear me since he is only talking after I stopped talking!!  He kept saying I can't hear you after I was done talking.  I told him he was playing games and I would contact corporate office.  TAKE ME OFF YOUR FREAKIN CALLING LIST!!!!  I received the call from  918.442.0994.

I have been receiving calls for weeks from this number.  I have called back and opted out for about ten times.  They still call about three times a day. I did a reverse look up too and it is in Tulsa.  Will try to have the number blocked.  Last call was 11-27-10 at 7:15.Beyong irritating.

This is a prank call and they like to scare people. Also gives 714-862-3911 to call but not a real #

Got a call from this number (918-442-0994).  Didn't have my name right, and the female caller claimed it was service message regarding "reactivating my vehicle's warranty." However, she did politely thank me before she hung up when I told her I wasn't interested.
