arvest fraud security called....someone managed to get ahold of my husbands card # and tried to make a charge in canada. they called to see if he was traveling and was in canada because the charge was halted due to never having ever charged anything in canada before their system shut down the charge so that it wouldn't go through.
they then called to make sure the system was correct in doing so.
thank you haley...for calling and explaining everything and taking care of the problem before it was able to become a bigger one!!!
security w/arvest....pretty good, imo!!! only a small inconvenience to cancel the card and get a new one issued....and as for whoever was able to tap into whatever system to obtain his card #....guess it wasn't a good day for you eh?
