Who ever this is calls ever day and I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  Cease and decist or I will call the authorities

It's from Bank of America - They call to sell additional products and services. No a collection call.

TCIM and or B of M [<BM cause they are a bunch of S#$T] is calling wanting to speak with  John Doe and would only say Bof A, why the need for TCIM then? Obviously a telemarketer or collector. They will not stop with their questions if you say Mr. Doe is not here; which he is not.

Screw them.

I got the same call today 10 12 2010 a zillion time - we are on the no call list. they say its about your credit card but can't even give the last 4 digits

This is the 3rd different company I've gotten calls from.  I agree, this is ridiculous!!!

You can never escape calls from a company you have a pre-existing business relationship with.

I used to be a telemarketer (hey, it paid the bills) and I know how annoyed people would get with these phone calls. But I will give you guys a hint, a lot of the time these calls are made from an automated system and the actual telemarketer has no control over who gets called. The person's name basically just pops up on a computer screen. I'm sure that's not how all the systems work, but that's how our's worked and it got frustrating getting screamed out for something I had no control over. I'll give you guys another hint: if you aren't totally hateful (as with dealing with any person) it makes things much easier for both parties involved. Why waste your time and energy yelling at a person you don't know? I find it funny that even though I was (and still am) a full-time college student trying to pay my way through school, that I was still treated like a worthless human being and told to "get a real job." Maybe I am too sensitive, but next time you decide to yell at someone over the phone, think about the fact that they are, at the very least, a tax-paying member of society.

3 Mobile totally suck, getting about 8-10 calls a day to my mobile which is driving me insane, i have an old Nokia approx 10 years old and spend £30 PER YEAR ON CALLS with Orange pay as you go, who the hell would want my custom !! YESTERDAY it peaked at 14 calls in an afternoon.  Can i sue them for harassment?

I just received a call from TCIM, left no message, they hang up, multiple calls.  Telemarketing pranks.  I do not accept telemarketing calls

TCIM calls several times a week.  No message is ever left; no one on the phone when I pick up.  Went to website as other posters have suggested, requested Do Not Call, which triggered a window stating "Thank you for contacting TCIM Services. Your number will be removed from our lists within 48 hours."

We'll see if this works.  Will post results.

i don't think you can file a complaint on them because if you have a credit card with b of a bofa can really hire them they are based in tulsa check out their website here:

The caller ID identifies TCIM is calling.   They have called up to 10  times per day for over a week.  There is no response when I answer the phone and no message is left on my answering machine if I don't answer the phone.  I have now contacted the company at tcim.com, "Contact Us" and told them to remove my number from their lists.  I hope this stops these annoying calls.

CID indicates TCIM; won't leave a message and won't quit calling.

This number calls SEVERAL times per week. Sometimes no one answers when we say "hello."  We want this number to STOP CALLING!

Repeatedly getting calls from this number.  When I answer it disconnects.  They never leave a message. I wish they would quit!

they said they were from bank of america. they asked for someone, i said they weren't available. the person they were asking for was a female, but they said, is "HE" available?  so they don't even know. i asked for a message and phone number.  they said they didn't have a phone number or message.

They've called twice, and idn't answer. No message was left either time.

Go to www.tcim.com and click contact us.  You can request your number to be removed from their call list within 48 hours.  Hopefully, this will stop the annoying calls.

Receive a telephone from this number almost on a daily basis.  I would appreciate if they would give up and STOP calling.

Caller ID showed TCIM at 9:08AM did not pick up and no message was left on machine.

machine picked up the call at around 11 today, caller id showed TCIM
there was only silence on the machine.

They called and left no message, no caller id. Seeing TCIM on here made me blocked them via google voice.

Got a call from (918)-641-1490.  When I answered the line was disconnected. call occurred on 1/26 @ 9:48 am. tried reverse look up on number but did not get an id.

Someone called from Oklahoma. They called at 2:15 on a Sunday afternoon. We don't know anyone in Oklahoma. We did not pick up the phone.  No one left a message when the answering machine picked up.  No idea who it might be.
