I also received a recorded message from this number. While I searched for a pencil to write down the message, it complained that I hadn't paid a bill that I've never seen. Immediately calling back gives a "everyone's busy, call back later" message.While I am plenty willing to pay my bills, I would appreciate knowing about it and actually getting a bill. As it stands, I can't even call these people back to ask what is going on. They gave another number while I was trying to write it down, but I didn't have a chance to get that number. Show me a legitimate complaint that I can honor, and I'll honor it. This leaves me nothing to work with.

I just got a recorded call from this number saying I owed them money and gave a return number to call back but didn't give me time to write it down and then said to go to www.mydocbill.com to pay on my bill. Never even HEARD of this bunch and when I tried using my redial, I got another recording saying "All representatives are currently busy helping other customers. Please call back later". Yeah right...bet I do!

I was told this was from Alliance Radiology. I had a procedure and inquired about the bill a day ago, and they told me they were still communicating with insurance so had not sent a bill. I checked the website, and it said, $0.00 patient bill. I never even heard of Alliance Radiology!

They claimed we owed a bill of $78. They didn't identify who they were billing for or who they were calling. Asked for Name, SSN, & billing address when called back..

There is something terribly wrong here. The 918-858-9794 number calling apparently Googled to a Jiffy Lube business. However, a message was left on VM that said to call 866-685-5001 regarding a bill from Diagnostic Health Center collections department. This doesn't pass the smell test. I will not be calling back either number. When a requested call-back number doesn't correspond with the referenced incoming CID number, there's a problem.
