It called me and i called back and its CollegeReferral.net

Nothing is being done to stop this pest.  I'm still receiving 3-4 calls a day from them after complaining to DoNotCall & the Atty General. I'll submit them again.

I can't believe it! I googled the phone number for the hell of it, and saw that these people are doing this to everybody!

I'm reporting this to the Problem Solvers at our local news stations. Betcha they can put a stop to this!

Have called multiple times with this political survey.  Automated recording asking for response about Obama.

I am also getting calls all day from this number. No message if the machine gets it and only hang up if I answer. I have call block with Cox and it does not block this number. I filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. Why is it considered legal if there is no way to stop it? I am so sick of these calls.

they have called me 2x on the 21st, 3x on the 23rd, and 4x today. Thanks to A in Tulsa, I have also filed a complaint.

We keep getting a call from this number - very annoying - where in the heck is this comming from? We also are on the do not call list.  Please is there anyway we can stop this?  It's Saturday and we have received two calls already.  Shame on this person ! ! ! ! ! I bet if we called back we would not get a answer, probably someone not happy with the system.

I have been getting called by this number since 9-17-09 an average of 4 times per day.  I have filed a complaint last week with the DoNotCall registry & tonight with the Attorney General's Office (provided above by A). I have work, school, a home business, church projects, a child living away at college, a sick relative, & no time for this nonsense; plus my phone line does not need to be tied up by calls from the pest calling from 918-876-0849.  Surely this cannot be legal with all the victims above reporting the same harrassment.  Thank you Mr. Hardin for reporting this to Problem Solvers.  I hope they can put an end to this.  I don't know what else to do.

This company/caller can burn in hell. They call me 2 to 4 times everyday like they are doing to everyone else who is commenting here. F*** U 1.918.876.0849 I'm turning U in!

Thanks to all who have filed complaints on this.  I followed up and did the same.  I also wrote to my representatives, but I'd like to tract down whoever originally wrote the Do Not Call legislation and bring the matter to his/her attention.  If this is some sort of political message, which is exempt from the legislation, and predictive dialers are our new reality, it sure would be nice to plug the loophole in the law before the next election.  We could have this problem magnified tenfold if its not stopped.

I had been getting these calls also, even talked to Problem Solvers at KJRH.  On 10/1 I answered first question about level of satisfaction with Obama and haven't had any calls since.  I'm glad I answered because the calls quit coming.  Something needs to be done to stop this, when you sign up on 'Do Not Call' list, that means you don't want them calling.

Receive 3-4 calls daily.  Same story=no answer.  no answer on call back.  AT&T should be able to shut this down.  I intend to contact AT&T for some action, if they want to keep my business. This has been going on for weeks.

Same thing as all the others.......two different numbers - this one and 918-720-0360 - it is so sad that we have no privacy from politicians - I have voted all my life and will never vote for anyone who uses this type of privacy invasion.

We have received at least 2 calls per day from this number (sometimes more) for over a week at all hours of the day until nearly 10 o'clock at night. We, also, are on the NO Call List. We have tried calling back the number and the first time I got the message saying that I had to "dial a 1 or a zero" before the number. So I called back with a 1.918.876.0849 and then I got a message that said "it is not necessary to dial a 1 or a zero; hang up and dial again". So I was in this infinite loop. It is a survey asking whether or not we like Barak Obama and his administration. We do not respond to surveys. It shows up on Caller ID as "Bartlesville, OK". The Better Business Bureau told us they had received 3 complaints today alone about this.

Caller has been calling and hanging up or if I miss the call they do not leave a message.  They have called several times.

This number keeps calling - several times a day at all hours - and never leaves a message. Guess call blocking will be the only solution unless someone finds out the identity and stops the harassment to all.

52 times this number has called us.  It is an automated female voice saying they want us to respond to a "Brief One Question Survey".

We do not respond to surveys ... especially auotmated surveys.

This caller does not offer any opt out option, nor any call back option ... and they just keep calling.

By the way, we will NOT vote for either of the candidates mentioned in your survey ... simply because your calls are so annoying.  Well done!

Another nuisance caller. Why do we pay for call blocking when these numbers are known and available to AT&T and other service providers?

I started getting call from this number 9/17 and have gotten one every day then today I got two calls.  When I answer there is no response.  Someway this should be stopped.

This number has been phoning us for the last week.  I got a call one day and then the calls started being twice per day.  I will not respond to their "brief political survey" nor will I vote for anyone they are affiliated with.  I tried to call the number to be removed from the list but I only get a fast busy.  The prefix is a Bartlesville number.  The calls are a nuisance and someone should prevent them from calling.  Help!!!
