I got a call from this same number but no message.... and ive had my cell forever with at&t

We have three cell phone and with-in the last 27 hours we have received a call on each one of these phones from the same number.  One of the calls there was a Spanish recording. We are with alltel.

i just recieve a call also but i didnt answer alot of other people have said the same thing; that they got a spanish recording idk

i got the same call but when i call it back it just goes straight to it saying it is busy at the time...???

I just a call and it disconnected when I tried to call it back, I got a recording saying all lines were busy try later. I am very suspicious as dh has had infidelity issues in the past so I googled the numbr 918-996-9898...it says it's OKLAHOMA and I know people there, but not at this number.Over the summer I was getting similar calls from a KENTUCKY number.... very strange. Oh, and I've had att/cingular and my number for over 10 years.

What is this crazy number! 3 different peoples numbers!

i just got that call right now. hopefully its not one of those telemarketers! oh man that'll be hell. once one has your number the rest will follow.

I just got a call from this number at 8:00pm eastern, I thought I would look on here before calling back. Glad I did, I'm gonna ignore it.

I got a call from this number this afternoon.  I tried calling back but it said it was unattended. I'm pretty sure this number is from the philippines. Hmm...

I just rec'd a call on my CELL phone from this number. nobody was there.

A friend and I were just both called from this number. Neither one of us answered.  8:40pm Eastern Time

DH and I both received call from this #. He on 1/22 on sprint service. Me on 1/23 with alltel. We are reporting to FCC. Suggest everyone else do the same as this is an untraceable #, possibly voip from overseas? 1000's of reports to FCC, keep adding everyone. This # can be traced back to 2006 so something is going on with this.

got this same call at 5:30 tonight....I didn't answer it but I will call them tomorrow from my secret Govt work line tomorrow...

I just got a call. googled it and came up with this web page. It's a spanish message that last for no more than 2-3 seconds..

My husband just received a call from this number on his cell... no one was there, but the strange thing is that the number showed up not only as an incoming call but an outgoing call at the same time... did someone get my husband number to make their calls?  I don't know enough about these things.. but that was weird.

I just got a new pay as you go phone with Virgin Mobile two days ago.  This number just showed up on my missed call log.  They called Jan. 23 at 6:32pm.  Weird.

I have a phone with Sprint, and the same number for over 4 years and have never received a call like this.  I'm surprised that this number has called so many people so quickly, and not one person knows what it's about.

I got the call on 1/22 as well, my cell is thru AT&T. I ignored the call it since I don't the number. I Googled it to find more about this number...i figured it's a scam..

9-year Sprint customer who just renewed contract within the last month...got call from this number last evening, Jan. 23 at 6:02 p.m.

GOt a call on my personal cell and work cell within 24 hours of each other.  I ignored both calls.  Both phones are witl Alltel.  Very curious as to who/what/how...

I have had Verizon service for several years.  Received a call from this number on 1/23.  Caller started babbling in Spanish.  I demanded to know who this was.  They went silent and I hung up.

I'm a new AT&T customer and got this call on Jan 23!!

My bf & I got new cells and service from AT&T on Sunday. Today around 1pm PST he got a call from this number. Same thing....Spanish message. I just got the same call a few minutes ago. While we both have AT&T our numbers are very different. This is lame.

I'm gonna go list our numbers on the Nat'l Do Not Call Registry now.

This # appears to be back in business - just got a call @ 10:05PST.  Did not answer.

I received a call from this number on Jan 23 but didn't bother to pick up because I didn't recognize it. I'm w/ AT&T.

Got a call from this number...and no one answered. i called back and it said number not in service
