these number calls often. i have picked up when they call and told them to stop but no one is on  the line . they have never left a message but keep calling..sometimes several times a day. am on the do not call list but calls persist...

caller ID says unknown. am sick of the calls.

In North America there are no area codes from 000 to 199. Nowhere, anywhere in North America does an exchange start with 0, or 1. In Europe they do, which is where the scammers screw up. Some scammers like to use these numbers for the reason you mentioned, many phone systems won't block them because they are invalid. Someone needs to tell Time-Warner the rotary dial on their princess phone is busted. It's 2013 boys! You need to keep up.

I had tried pressing 5 to remove my number from their list--it didn't work.  I tried blocking the number via Time Warner and they would not recognize the number as a valid one.  The number must be a "Spoof" of some sort (I have never heard of an 059 exchange--have you?). So when they called today, I pressed "1" like I was interested in their senior emergency alarm and immediately asked who is this company and was told it was "Senior Defender Services."  I asked what their real number was--she didn't know.  I made it clear to the operator with a foreign accent that in not way was I interested in their product and wanted to be removed from their call list.  I asked to be connected to her supervisor and she said she would connect me......and after some clicking.....was disconnected.

Pls. stop this call from coming.  Return call to ask that my number be removed did not go through - invalid number msg played.  So tired of daily calls from this number.  Any help will be appreciated.

They call me almost daily.  Just a few minutes ago, I picked up and the machine said "Good-bye" abd disconnected.  I called back and got, I'm sorry, that number cannot be completed as dialed.

This number called everyday but did not leave a message.

I have used a call blocker device for 3 months now that cuts them off automatically. They still call every day.

Received MANY calls from (919) 059-4744. I tried to block it but unable to with this number. Time Warner call blocking said invalid phone number (I guess the "059" is not part of a real phone number).

My number has been on the Do Not Call Registry for years. Because of the recurrence of what appear to be robo calls from 919-059-4774, I have re-registered my phone number on the Registry and am now seeking whatever redress available to me from law enforcement. I do not answer this incoming call, but it creates phantom Missed Calls on my voice mail, and I am getting tired of clearing the buffer every time this call goes to my voice mail.

I have been receiving calls from this number a few times a week for a few weeks.  When I answer no one is there and when I try to call them back, their number doesn't even ring.

I also am on the No Not Call registry.

919-059-4744 ... receiving calls from them several times a week.  They never leave a message.  Caller ID indicates "Name not found".  I'm on the Do Not Call List which they are obviously ignoring.  I'm VERY tired of getting these calls!!!!

They call about once a month and I would like for them to quit. I'm not even a senior adult and I don't need whatever they're trying to scam people into buying.

Determined to stop these calls. They are still calling me as of yesterday. Must be a robo call because the call comes in at the same time every day.

Did that work? I reported them today. They have called me over and over several times a day. I answered the phone today. Someone said that his name was James and then because I didn't sound friendly, he hung up on me. I reported the number to the FTC and attorney general's office.

I have had it with 919-059-4744 and have reported this number to the Attorney General's office for unwanted/annoying telephone calls!

stop calling me.....when i attempt to return your call it is a recorded msg stating that the # is no longer in service. leading me to believe that this is scam of some sort. do not call me anymore.

I receive a call from this number three times a week....   I also tried to call them back but number is not valid according to recorded msg...   anyone know how to block this number?
