Never Stop Inc., formerly known as Never Stop Selling, is the company that calls from this number.
Never Stop Inc. has been harassing me off and on for the past two years.
Never Stop Inc. has unethically called my cell number when telemarketing to cell numbers is illegal.
When I signed up for a subscription to the Raleigh News & Observer on the UNC campus, the sales guy assured me that they did not share cell phone numbers with anybody and that they would never use the number for telemarketing.
After I canceled my subscription, I started receiving multiple calls from this number, which is the number for Never Stop Inc. I have talked with them twice after they called my cell without leaving a message -- once by calling them back, and once when I picked up specifically to tell them to stop calling. The guy was courteous and the calls stopped for about three months. They just started again yesterday. I am tempted to change my number to shake these people. They are unscrupulous, and so is the News and Observer for selling or giving my number to Never Stop Inc.

I received a call from the same number and no response when I picked up.
When I called the number, I also got the message, "Hello, you've reached the office of Never Stop Incorporated. All of our operators are currently taking calls right now. If you could call us back later, we'd appreciate it. Thank you."
I tried calling several times in a row and got nothing more than the message. Just one ring and then the message.

I got a call as well but they hung up when I said hello.
The Caller ID says North Carolina. I called the number back and it pushed me to an answering machine that stated it was Never Stop Incorporation.
