This company claims to be a collection agency, they say I had a bill from Sprint from an old phone number from many years ago! They were very rude and insisted that they would slam my credit if I didn't pay! I don't have any debt from Sprint everything was PAID before I moved but they insisted that they would not have had this bill I it was! They also said they have my social security # and can see my credit report and which activity is current (very scary how much our info is now public). And when I asked to send me a paper statement, as I do not pay anything over the phone, they insisted that they can only send me a letter when it's paid off in full, ya right! SCAM is what I say
