They are looking for active numbers, I agree. Because if you answer this bs number guarantee in a few days you get calls other stuff or very old debts ( yes, 2009, $12.41 to from a gym membership - that was paid but company refuses to accept proof of payment back in 2009)

Got a call on my cell phone from this number.  Didn't answer it.  Tired of spammers calling my home and cell phones. Please stop this....

Got a call didn't answer, when I called back the message asked if I wanted to be removed from list.

I have received 3 calls from this number. I don't know who it is so don't answer. They never leave a message.

Received a call on my private cell only my husband has the number. I don't answer calls I don't know.

Just got a call from this number to Raleigh nc, so it looked local. They left no message on voicemail

I just received a call from this number. Although I'm in the 919 area I don't answer numbers I don't know. DO NOT answer this number as they will know it's a live number and sell it on to other spammers.

Answered the phone call since it was a 919 area code, which is my local area code, but it was an automated message that started by saying "The FBI reports that there is a home break in every (so many) seconds.  If you let us place a security sign in your yard..." and then I hung up.  This is the 2nd or 3rd time that they have called me in the past month.

Unrecognized call to mobile. No message. Suspect telemarketing. Do not want to receive these calls.

We've received a couple of calls from this number.

Called my cell but I did not answer.  When I called the number back, it kept giving me a busy signal.  Though the area code is listed as 919 (North Carolina) and I live in North Carolina, the caller could be from overseas like India, Central America countries, or Asia.

This was an automated call informing me of some automated security system.  I really don't appreciate random crap making my phone ring for no reason.

Just received a call from this number as well no message left but I always come here to see if it is spam!  As it looks it must be!  thanks to all for posting!

Just another line of cr@p from the criminals at "Card Services" with a new number and a caller ID that says "Customer Service" , Kelly the robo-calling s**t trying to dupe the public into falling for their scam, although the real scam is the one perpetrated on the public by the government agencies that are supposed to shut these criminals down and lock them up, but that will never happen because the contributions to campaign funds are more important than the general public.

Call from same # just 2 minutes ago.  It was an automated phone call and must have started playing while the voicemail greeting was playing because it was in mid sentence when it started recording.  All I got out of it was:

...will place a small sign in your yard we will install a new Security System at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever there is no cost for the system for the installation whatsoever to hear more press one now to be placed on our do not call list press nine.

Same here my girlfrind got call from number 3 digits different and was same people. the dumb b*****ds just try everything

Got a call from that same #, 919-249-0338, last night while cell was in another room.  No message left on voicemail, but wasn't sure it wasn't from a friend calling for the first time, since area code is the same as mine.  Decided to google it and ended up here.

Just got this call @ 7:46 P 04/22/14 . Glad I looked here and didn't call back.

Automated message for telemarketer selling home security equipment.  Prompts say to push zero to remove from list, however this is not effective as the call back a month later.

I answered this call and it said to lower my credit card rate to press 9, I did and a man came on saying do I want to lower my rate, I said no that I don't even have a credit card and I'm on do not call list, he promply hung up.   An hour later I received another call just like this but from a different # and they did the same thing.  

Got a call 4/21/14, didn't answer. I live in NC, but don't know anyone with that number.
