Scam. Calls the out four times a day and on one there.

Just received a call from this ph #, asking for the owner; since my replied was that the owner is not in and suggested to leave a message....senior lady said "no, no message" and hung up.

This number called me today about merchant card services.  I told them I was not interested and to take me off of their call list.  THEN - they turned around and called me right back 15 seconds later from a different phone number - same woman, same company, different area code number!  I tried to tell her to stop calling me but she wouldn't listen or stop talking - I finally screamed "Stop reading from your script and listen to me!  I am not interested - stop calling"! and I hung up.

A man was the caller. Asked if (blank) had made it in yet. I said made it in to where? He said the office at ---- (street name) and then he laughed. I asked what he was laughing at. He then asked again if (blank) had made it in. I asked who it was and he said "Momentum." I said I never heard of them. He said "were a billion dollar company." I again said "never heard of them" and I hung up.  When I answer the ohone and no one is there I immediately know it is no one I know OR want to talk to on the other end.

I get a call from this number every single day....always asking to speak to someone they think lives here. I have been very rude, saying no one by that name lives here. They still keep calling. How do I make this STOP????

I also got a call from this number - caller ID said "MOMENTUM". The man asked if I was "my first name", I said yes, loud noise in the background and he hung up. I tried to call back but it automatically answered and no voice/name when answered-just silence.

Matthew from Momento Payment Systems called asking to speak to the owner. I told him he wasn't in and he asked for the co-owner. I told him they owners were not in today and I could take a message. He asked if we take debit cards, etc and I said I couldn't answer that for him and I could take a message. He said he would call back next week to speak to the owner and I told him they are always in and out of the office and it would be easier to get his number and have the owner call him. Long story short, he wouldn't leave a message and he said he would call back next week. So I said fine, keep calling and wasting your time because 99% the owner is either in a meeting, not in, or will simply not take your call. He started laughing over the phone and I hung up.

Abrupt female caller dialed our main line. Asked to speak to the owner or controller about credit payments. When asked if this was a sales call, so replied that no, it was about payments. When asked if they were trying to sell a service to us, she advised she just wanted to know if we used credit payment services. Her manner was aggressive, rude and abrupt. I lied and told her no as regardless of why she was calling, I had no interest in the company she had been chosen to represent.  She immediately hung up on me once she collected the information she wanted.

Please please please take our name off of your calling list. WAIT. Why am I begging you. You should be begging me for your business, which, by the way, I do not want. So QUIT CALLING US and get a real job, buddy.

Sorry wus. Get a real job, not scamming people but like working for a living. They call it work because you have something positive to show for it at the end of the day, not scamming people and everyone hates you.

Called earlier today.  

Actually, they've called twice in the past week.  Momentum shows on CID, but I refuse to answer.  

Getting my boss and my co-worker trained to not answer certain calls.  

When I answered the phone a man came on and said "hi Lilly, is that you?" He asked what we do here and I told him. I thought it odd that he asked what kind of installation we do, when I had just given him a description of what the company does. I also tried to engage him in conversation and asked how I can help him. Said he was calling from Momentum in Ann Arbor. I lied about how late we are in the office today because he was too evasive with me about why he was calling. The only Momentum in Ann Arbor is a fitness club!

Just got a call from this number and the caller ID said Momentum. I answered and told them my business doesn't accept credit cards "but thank you for calling" and hung up. Pretty simple really. It's not a "scam", it's a real business. Just people trying to make a living. I doubt I'll get another call because they don't want to talk to anyone who is not a potential customer.

Also have been receiving calls from these obnoxious folks even though I'm on the no-call list.

Caller id said momentum. A lady said her name was Kisha and she wanted to speak to a owner and she was from momentum systems. I just put these calls on hold and they usually hang up in under 3min. Which is not even enough time to track someone down for a phone call. If it is at least some what lagit they would stay on the line.

Repeatedly calls.  Told them we don't take credit cards and have no desire to start.  Would not take NO

Got a call from this number this afternoon. Caller ID stated "MOMENTUM".  Asked for the owner, when I said he wasn't available, the person hung up in my ear.  Could hear a baby crying in the background.  Scam.

if it was someone trying to make a legit living, they would not be rude, not hang up when you ask who is calling. that is not how you get people to buy your services, so .. scam yes, someone trying to make a living, yes, but in a f****d up way

Just got a call from them and they are offering credit card merchant services. I said 'no thank you" and now will go on with my day. Scam, no. Someone trying to make a living, yes. If you say you are in business and don't get a half dozen of these calls a week then you are either lying or not very successful.

This has to be a scam. They demanded to speak to the owner saying it was very important. We asked for a call back number and he got very rude and more demanding after us telling him several times we do not give our owners number. He hung up abruptly. Called back and tried to press 0 for the operater and it said there was no option for the request. They only have one option to press 1 and I did several times, listened to stupid music and eventually it would start back at the beginning. I never got to speak to anyone.

Asked a lot of personal questions- I told him we don't give out information. He asked to speak to the owner- I said the owner doesn't take calls, could I help him. Said he wanted to make an appointment and never does unless he speaks to the owner personally. I told him he was a liar as I can read caller id- he had no response.

Just got a call from this number and the woman could not even pronounce my name right. When she asked for additional information and I questioned her, she said some not so nice things, then abruptly hung up. Return call got me the cheesy ansering machine and no one picked up when the number 1 was pressed for the  Marketing Department. Clearly a scam.

Just received a call from this phone number also listed on Caller ID as "Momentum" and there was noone there, what I've started doing is press the "#" sign when getting these type of calls and just hold down on that key taking the phone away from my ear as it gives a piercing buzz sound. After about a minute of this sound a foreign sounding woman came on saying "Yes, is the owner there?" and I just keep holding down on the "#" key and she said something in a foreign language and hung up. Keep a written list of these phone numbers next to the phone so that I can immediately hit the "#" key upon picking up the phone and maybe they will think that it is a fax machine number.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago. Caller ID said "MOMENTUM." Merchant payment scam because calling the number back gets a low-quality recording announcing "the corporate office" a cheesy spiel about $400 off for qualifying merchants, and even cheesier music-on-hold that doesn't actually connect you to anything if you "press 1 for the marketing department" (just loops back to the chick saying you have reached the corporate office).
