News & Observer newspaper calling with a special deal. I just cancelled this week, so probably trying to get me back because of that. They were offering a special deal for the holidays. Afraid of giving out my credit card info so they gave me a number to call back. The 877 number is for Never Stop Select Services, who may process their subscriptions, but I won't know until I call the N&O. NSSS is based out of the Goldsboro, NC area.

I have received several calls from this number, always silence when I answer, and when they leave a VM. Tried calling the number back, but the call will not go through. I send calls from this number straight to VM now. Caller ID shows as "Unknown (Telemarketer)". My number is on the do not call register though, this is harassment.
