George is also the "Quality Control Manager" as well as the "Compliance Officer" and you can also reach him by calling Profinity and  selecting the option for Legal advice, you will get his voicemail, of course and he will probably respond as quickly as he does with every other issue, and that is not often, if at all.

A chargeback is the way to go with this company.  With enough chargebacks they will eventually lose their merchant license and not be able to do business.

Have received unwanted calls from this number once a day, everyday.

If any of your dissatisfied customers feel they have been scammed or bothered by annoying marketing calls, they can easily file a compaint with the Dept. Of Justice.

Got a call from this number today...no voice mail left...I don't smoke cigs....thanks for the info...
Maybe the NC Attorney General's office could investigate this NC # and business practises for illegal activities!

Someone is calling me from this number. When I ask who it is they keep saying my name. I think they got my number from some stupid email I got from Subway to "eat free for a week" and I fell for it! I did not sign up for anything or give personal information. Just my cell#. When I try to call back, it rings busy!!!

call from someone to my cell claiming to be citimortgage, asking for DH. But in hindsight my cells not in their file afaik, and a return call gets "disconnected/no longer in service".  Sounds like scam/p[hishing attempt, going to be checking accounts closely!

I got a call from (919) 289-4545 but no one spoke.  I tried to redial the number but was told that it was nolonger in service.

this number called my cell today- i did not answer as i did not recognize it.  I texted asking who it was- no response and just called it- and was also told it was recently changed.   must be a scam.
