this number keeps calling me and when I answer there is NO response, I call the number back and all it does is go to a voice mail that says "This voicemail is full and can not receive any messages at this time".

We need to find out who keeps calling from this number and doesn't say anything and then hangs up.. something needs to be done to stop them!

this number calling my husband several times today but when i traced it, i found out that it is not a cellphone and name is not published, look like they using it from a work place.

I have contacted the phone carrier (Level 3 communications) with the following message:
A person (s) with the number 919-371-2783 is making hangup calls to a growing number of people (see http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-919-371-2783) These calls are annoying! as some are getting multiple hangup calls a day. Please warn this person (s) that making calls such as these are illegal.

Two call today for me too. Same issue. No no speaks. Tried calling them back. Got the mailbox full message! Arrgh. Planning to give their number to all the spammers.

Two calls today, 7/1, at 11:02a and 1:44p. No one there either time. One more chance and they get blocked.

This number keeps calling my home, hangs up if you answer, leaves no message if the machine picks it up.  Mailbox full when you call it back.  What the heck is this?

As everyone else is saying I received this call as well, tried to return the call, but heard 'mailbox full'

Same here.  Received call, no response when answered, tried to call back mailbox full!
