Could be a fraudulent debt collector by any name, using secrecy as a weapon of coercion.

a person called from this number and no name was given and tried to scare me on the phone about a claim was against me and wouldnt' give any details when i asked questions, they hung up on me. they keep calling my cell and work phone and wont leave any messages. they gave company by midwest but won't give details who they were
