Call last night at 7PM -though it looked local (919), it was Caller ID "PRIVATE", so I let it ring to VM.
No VM left- looked it up here today and look who's back!!!! Figure it as Spoofed number robocalling to find a live answerer. Checked back to Aug 11, and didn't see it between then and now on my Caller ID list.

Calls several times no reply when you call the number back it will say number cannot be reached at this time and bunch of numbers and letters.

Same here. I have gotten several calls in the past month from this number. This is consistent with "ElSid" as well. Does anyone have any idea who this may be?

No VM , dialed back (*67) and following recording picked up immediately
The number you have reached is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. eye104 It switched to a repeating busy tone for several minutes. It finally goes to the repeating chirp of an off the hook signal which was indicative that the spoofed line finally had forced a hangup.
