I received a call on my cell from this number and I never give out my cell.  There was no message left.

Once again...a call on my cell phone from this number. Quit it!!

I got a call from a man saying that I filled out a survey and I just hung up

Called my safe phone, which is a phone for emergencies only & number is not given out!! Reverse lookup said number was from a landline phone in cary, north carolina.

I missed the call. No message. I called back didn't even ring.

Dead line when we answered on cellphone.

Unwanted phone call about job opportunities. I had not initially contact them, though they said I did. This seems like a scam. I'd advise people not to give them any of your personal details!

I just got a call from this number as well about job opportunities.  I asked what survey on what website did I fill out?  "Jason" would not respond, he actually just started reading his script again - very shady - I said I was not interested and hung up.  This is frustrating because I am looking for a new job and this just muddies up the waters.

Had the exact number just call me at 10:20 am

Got a call on 18-Mar-2013 at 5:50 EST from this number.  Sounded like a robocall telling me it was a follow up to an online survey I took.  I said I didn't take a survey and the there was no response so I hung up.

Scammer, be careful~

Got this call today. 3 rings and a hang up. This is obviously a scammer's phone and I'm guessing/agreeing that it's a robo call.

As for the Do Not Call Registry, the phone caller at 919 659 8699 doesn't leave messages because that would be evidence of their disregard for the Registry. The success of the Registry will never, ever be 100%.

I havent had this number a month and I am geting unwanted calls. I have read the posts and it seems that everyone has experienced the same thing. I am with everyone else: What is the purpose of the Do Not Call if people still have access to your number?

Scammers!  I had the same experience as most everyone who has already posted.  Beware of this number!

I just received a call from this number. I do not answer calls I do not know. No message was left

Just received this call at 11:57am, normally I don't answer but did and a strange voice said something I couldn't understand and then hung-up. Called the number back and a recording came on and said if I'm no longer interested then enter my phone number to be removed from call list and I did and it just said thank you and hung up.

There was a delay in response from the caller and when they did say something, he said he was calling in response to an online survey I did on line about jobs I was looking for.  First of all, I'm not looking for a job, I have one, and second, I would never do online surveys.  That only leads to more calls! I just hung up.

The DNC doesn't block calls.   It's just a list.....Go to the FTC/DNC site and read....

The DNC doesn't block calls for anyone  if that is what you're expecting.  It is a list.  It doesn't know who you want to accept or reject.  Go to the DNC site and read.

Called my cell. No one answered. Never had any luck with the DO NOT CALL LIST!

We are on a DO NOT CALL LIST and we still get these annoying calls. It should be against the law. This is simple harrasment. This is why I got rid of my house phone due to telemarketers. These folks were never given our number nor have our permission to use it.

This number just called me and it was semi convincing of being a live person.  It responded to some of my questions.  It tried to get me to answer personal questions, for which I did not.  When the automated system could not answer a question, it would hang up.

I just had this number call my cellphone and answered due to the 919 area code. This wasn't an automated person and claimed that I filled out an online job survey (which I have not done). When I stated I did no such thing, he just continued on his script and tried asking me questions. When I pressed him for more information he hung up.

SCAM!!! I just got a call from this number. As other people said, the caller claims to be with WN employment calling about a survey you recently filled out. At first I thought this might be in reference to something I actually did, so I started answering their basic questions (are you a US citizen, are you 18 or over, what's your highest level of education.) But, right around then I realized they never addressed me by my full name, so when I asked the caller who he was trying to reach, he was unable to tell me what my name was. When I pressed him on this, he simply said "sorry we were unable to help you today" and hung up. Fortunately, I didn't give him any personal info (I know better than that.) But still, beware if this number calls you!

Got a call and they left no message or anything.

I got the call from this number at 9:48 am 3-13-13. I didn't answer because I don't answer xalls from numbers I don't recognize.
